No Water to Clean the Dirty Salty Rubber Floor Mats! No spray bottles or cloths to clean the inside & Windows. Only vacuum and airhose. My expectations are higher because I have experienced these amenities at other local car washes. I paid for the full treatment $25. The wash itself was fine. The staff were helpful and polite. I left with dirty floor mats and Windows and Interior! I will not come back to this car wash. I get a much better experience elsewhere, And leave with a cleaner car inside. Can I do less than 1 star? Just paid $30 for an interior clean that was done in less than 5 min and was just a quick vacuum. Wish I could post photos so you could see how they didn't clean anything. What a waste of $27!!! This is not a full service car wash....instead its a gas station drive thru wash with more chemicals applied. Truck came out half dry, and with no sign of the "tire shine". The three employees standing around only operate the belt that pulls you through. Recipe has no guarantee....what a waste of money. They should tell you up front this is not full service, even though the price is!! read more

Don't give these guys your credit card! I was paying monthly for car washes until Feb. When I told the owner to discontinue due to my cars age. Still they continue to charge me monthly. I had to call Master Card and dispute the charges. Master card has to send new cards with new #s....What a pain. I've been on the phone forever. read more

I went through this like 5 minutes ago and my cousin was getting her car washed, and it finished and the car was being dried both of the doors remained closed so we were trapped in the touch free one, specifically the 1st slot for a solid 8 minutes with both doors closed until the entrance door opened about like 5 minutes ago, so she backed out through the entrance. I have gone to the car wash at least four times to do the interior cleaning. It is $30 and never done well at all. My mistake for returning after the first time but in the area there is nothing similar. Where I used to live we had Delta sonic and they cleaned your car thoroughly for less than $30. I used to wash my cars here until they did away with rinsing the car before sending it into the wash. They no longer have people rinsing the car. It now goes straight in where it gets lathered with soap, followed by the brush that will work the grit into your paint. The other two car new car wash facilities do the same thing. So I'm down to hand washing. Why can't they simply put clear water pouring to clear the grit before applying soap and then the brush? For an older car, not a big deal because it's probably full of microscopic swirls, but if you have a new vehicle and want to take care of it, then hand washing might be the way to go. read more

I had a seat cleaning and interior vacuum which comes with interior window cleaning and cleaning of interior. It was horrible!! I think my seats are more dirty now. I had a stain on my back seat which they said they tried to get out. There is no way they did. I used an entire roll of paper towels and pet stain cleaner from the dollar store and got it out myself no problem. I even pointed out stuff they missed before I took it and they took it back in and I still had to clean it myself when I got home! I called and spoke to the manager and they offered another cleaning I said "no thank you I want my $90 back". I got my money back thank God. read more

I can't praise this place enough. Went in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change, but there was a problem with the oil filter cap from the last change that I had done there several months prior - it was too tight and inevitably would break when removed. They went out of their way to get the replacement part from the nearby dealership, replaced it, and didn't charge me! They were extremely professional and apologetic for the amount of time it was taking. I was impressed with how they went above and beyond to correct the problem, something. That level of customer service is rare these days. I have been going here for a few years now for inspections and routine maintenance, and they never disappoint. It's great to know that when there is a problem that they are quick to remedy it. I appreciate their honesty and their loyalty to their customers. The free car wash is always a plus, too. Every single one of their employees has always been courteous and helpful. I will continue going there for all of my routine car maintenance and would recommend it to everyone in the area. read more

Got a free carwash because of a coupon on the JiffyLube website. Still cost me $35 because their machine broke off my rear windshield wiper. Claimed it was caused by previous damage, but if so why didn't the folks that put the wiper condoms on the rear wiper note it. Slimy organization at best. read more

They can never do a fair job cleaning. The mats were puddled with water, a sopping red rag was in my passenger seat, and the very rear had every dog hair I delivered it with. My dog's blanket folded in the exact same place I put it before it ran through the stations. I vacuum my dogs hair on my own all the time and it comes up very easily. It's not coarse hair, so the vacuum grabs it well. The delivering attendant told me they have detail services fo that - yet I asked the charging attendant right before I paid if they would be able to vacuum the dog hair in the very rear... he assured me it would be fine. I paid $40 for one terrible wash. I can still see dirt and salt residue on the body and unmet details in the cabin. They were offering 2 for $62... I chose the single wash, because they never stand up to more reputable wash services in the area. I would rather drive an extra couple miles to get a quality wash for the high price! To add to the service, he said he would run it back around. Instead of driving it through the detail lane to quickly get it back to me, he ran it through the main line, so I've been standing in the cold for quite a while now. read more

Let's start out this review by making sure that people realize that this is the Hoffman that is almost coupled by the Jiffy Lube and not the one that isn't. This car wash's neighbor is Michael's Diner. There's two Hoffman's Car Washes and they each have two owners, making this tough to find in the database - something I didn't note when I wrote a review of another place on this review (later deleted to make room for this location's real review.) Yesterday, when my brother needed to go to the car wash and got a wash thanks to his wash barcode discount program, he showed me what he felt about this place. However, I had gotten a different feel, with the exception of the fact that these employees do push cars too close together. They make sure that there are only a few feet of cars apart from each other. And what would happen if there was an engine problem at the end of the belt and all of a sudden you can't move. COLLISION! Also, ever considered using a foghorn, because we couldn't hear what you were saying when you wanted us to move to where you needed us? Other than that, I'd definitely think again. I mean, the wash they do end up doing is adequate for the price, but got to stop coming here, because it's not right to get squished that close together. read more

I have been going to Hoffman Car Wash for years and like the fact that they continually update their machinery. In fact, every year I get a book of "Inside/Out" for Xmas. I stopped today for an exterior wash only. I pulled up as directed by the woman holding a sign telling me to move forward. I was watching her, and the car in front of me hit the breaks, so I did the same. The woman directing me became very annoyed with me and said something about breaking. I motioned that my foot was now off of the break . She never turned the sign around to put the car in neutral and, by breaking so as not to hit the car in front of me, I jumped the track. She tapped on my window and told me, rather tersely, that I jumped the track and to hold the break down. Her annoyance was quite evident and she never directed me to do anything else. Efficient and nice staff. Only complaint is, the automatic car wash attendants have to STOP putting cars so close together, leave room between cars. If I have an engine problem at the end of the belt and can't move... what going to happen... the car in back will hit me. Then you will be paying for damages on both cars. Came here Jan 21. Asked for he most extensive wash with HOT WAX . Upon pulling in, the woman w face to face communication w customers was very rude but I brushed it off. I was surprised by how fast the car wash wa After pulling out , I realized that my car looked essentially the same as when I arrived, so I pulled back in and asked if they put hot wax on the car. The woman yelled at me "look at the pink on your car that's the wax" pointing to a sputter of pink liquid standing the 3 inches of snow STILL sitting on top of the car roof. Then i Said, well, the wax hasn't even gotten to the car because the initial wash didn't take off the snow. And apologized for not realizing. Terrible. I got the ultimate interior and exterior package. My car still had dirt dripping from the back. Also the inside was terribly cleaned. I specifically told one of the men to please get the mud off of at least all the plastic interior. My dogs had jumped into my car with muddy feet. There wasn't that much mud to clean off, but they still didn't get it. And it wasn't even in hidden spots!!! I could understand not getting mud from spots not easily visible... but they didn't even get it off my steering wheel, gloves compartment, middle console, driver seat, and stereo. I just came back from NOT HAVING MY CAR WASHED. I moved up here to the Hudson Valley from Brooklyn. I use to have my car washed inside and out and wiped down and the car went through without a driver....total cost $7.00 I would leave two tips. Before I went into the car wash I told the guy I was never here. How much is it interior and exterior - he said $40. I said "you've go to be be kidding" .... I pulled out and will do my own washing. Horrible management. They scratched my brand new car from front to back. I told them about it, and they denied any responsibility. Had attitude about it. Been a customer for 20 years. Cost me $5200 to fix. You can clearly see when I entered, not a scratch. Conveniently there were no cameras at exit. Crystal the night manager dragged her butt out, and denied responsibility before even looking at car. Then general manager came in on Saturday and refused to take responsibility. Kind of in a hurry and then she called the manager and said I dont want deal with her - Rude I was asking her questions about some options The manager was nice, but there website is false advertising. Avoid for interiors: poor quality job and it's not cheap. Staff is nice enough but poor detail and really lazy about the job.
