Then when I said I needed to be out of there by 8am, the cleaning lasted 10 minutes. She took my X-rays, the doctor came in and didn't even look at my mouth, but told me I needed 2 crowns - $2300 please and asked me if I floss! I floss religiously, but then the Dr. would have known that if she had taken a look at my mouth. After telling me I needed two crowns, she finally looked at my mouth for all of 10 seconds. So disappointed. So angry that my insurance will pay $250 for that service. Of course, I don't trust the diagnosis and will have to take the time to get a second opinion.

Fallon at the front desk was not welcoming or friendly, which made for a poor first impression. During my visit, I was told I had a cavity and was quoted over $2,000 for a filling, which seemed extremely excessive. I was also told I had a gum infection and was encouraged to undergo gum treatment. Based on my experience, it felt like this treatment is recommended to many patients, and the costs seemed unusually high. Because of the recommended treatment plan and the pricing, I will be getting a second opinion. I have never been quoted more than $2,000 to treat a single cavity, so I believe it's important to have another dentist evaluate my situation before moving forward. Then they tried to scam me into paying 40.00 to numb my daughter when I came into the room my daughter said she didn't need the numbing but yet they gave it to her and still tried to charge me. They were very rude and it often times seems like it was race related. They released my daughter and I as patients like I care. They are the WORST dental office and my daughter will continue to go to Northern California to get treated because we have never experienced this! A WASTE OF OVER 4 HOURS !
