The cabins are also cable ready, but the wifi is a bit spotty and you can only check email. However, you're on vacation, so detach from the computer or smart phone and take a walk to the lake to enjoy the other fabulous activities in the Wallowa Lake area. The Wallowa Lake resort has a spa on the property as well, so bring your suit. Dogs are also welcome for an extra fee and you will be provided with a dog pack that includes a sheet, treat, and other necessities. Just be sure to keep fido on a leash while on the property or in a crate if you leave them alone. Otherwise, they're very accommodating here. I would definitely stay here again. They took amazing care of us every step of the way--preparing five-star breakfasts, lunches, and dinners complete with appetizers and delicious desserts, setting up our tents, sharing fascinating history about the river, and, most importantly, keeping us safe on the water. The rapids were exhilarating, the scenery was spectacular, the company was unforgettable, and the memories will last a lifetime.
