The fridge is small but adequate and is on the porch. Each cabin has a nice porch area with a grill, table, chairs, and fridge. The kitchen does the trick although at least in #7 what I thought was an oven turned out to be an old fridge that didn't work. Coffee pot and microwave are provided along with plenty of cooking supplies. The grounds are well kept with an amazing view of Wallowa lake. It's on the side of the lake away from the tourist areas so it's quiet. There's a game room and a playground. I walked around quite a bit and really enjoyed it. The owners and their family were friendly and helpful. I could really go on and on. No cell signal here and no wifi so it's a great place to unplug.

We have come two years now and rent the same cabin on the lake. PJ was the housekeeper and it was spotless. Thank you PJ... we love the way you clean and present the place. We had a not so great airbnb a few days before and it was a bummer. We were so excited to get here and know that it would be clean and presentable. I used to be a maid, so I get it. The upgrades are so fun. The connection to wifi was fine. We don't expect a great connection anyway since we came to get away. It is expensive, so we can't stay too long. We do love it and hope to come back again. They are always friendly and the welcome book is so thorough. Thank you!

We brought our own food and had every pot, pan, dish, utensil available to us. The kitchen is amazing and beautiful. We sat around the huge island eating, and visiting. Boy did we eat! Daily, we saw deer right outside the kitchen window! The home is huge but very cozy! Some much space! 3 levels. We spent most of our time on the huge comfy couch! Talking, laughing, and listening to music, movies, playing games, and some read. Outside the property is beautiful! Some went on hikes. Some sat in the huge hot tub. The house has so many beds with the comfiest of linens too! Wait until you see the spectacular bathrooms. The showers were amazing! So beautiful and huge! Stonewood Retreat was a wonderful place to get away for a weekend. We are already booking our girls weekend for next year! But I hope to be back a few times before then with my family.
