The beds were comfortable, the place was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was incredible and had everything I had in my own kitchen plus a lot more. The slippers by the door were a quaint touch. One of our number locked his keys in his car, and was saved by a fully equipped toolbox in the house. Strongly recommend!

The room in the front faces Poplar St, and so you do hear traffic noise until late in the evening. On the Saturday night when we were there, there was a huge party with loud music next door that kept us awake until 1 am. We called Lori but got no response, and we finally had to call local police to have them come out, but that didn't seem to help either. So, bring ear plugs!

I thought they would realize that renters are customers, who are a valuable source of income. When we move into a rental we want to call it "Home." I am 64, disabled, and a responsible person. My credit rating is 797. I have a HUD voucher, which means my rent is guaranteed. I have lived in my current residence for 11 years and pay water & sewer. I got the house insulated free of cost to the owner. I placed 3 homeless Veterans. I did all my own yard maintenance. I don't tolerate the criminal mentality. I have not damaged the property. The previous owner died and I greatly respected him. Can you imagine that? The new owners hired a property management who decided to end my residency, right at the beginning of the Holiday season. I have to be out in the middle of January and it's hard to find a place within my income criteria. If I can't find a place by January 16th I will lose my housing subsidy, which means I will literally be out on the streets. This business knows that full well. A lot of rentals are being managed by Real Estate companies aka Property Management companies, so how do I convince them of my credibility? I am only hoping Windemere doesnt treat me the same way. We are customers.

Classless and Rude! A group of 9 of us had arrived at a…read morewinery in Walla Walla. We were having a great day, traveling the area and enjoying our time in this amazing countryside. As we pulled up to the winery's drop off and pick up area, the sprinter van belonging to Walla Walla Wine Limos was blocking the entrance. Our driver, politely got out to let the other driver know that our group had someone that was mobility challenged and if he wouldn't mind pulling forward a little bit. The drivers, from Walla Walla Wine Limo's, response was to flip our driver the finger and tell him too bad, park around back. To avoid conflict and to keep our experience positive, our driver parked on the side of the winery. As we exited our vehicle, the WWWL driver stood in an aggressive stance and glared at each of the people in our group. A few of the people in his group came over and apologized for their driver's behavior. What a turd. There was no reason for his demeanor and attitude.

Our driver, Ken, was extra accommodating and gracious enough to stop at a Starbucks and downtown Walla Walla at our request. He took the time to call the wineries to move our reservation because we were somewhat late due to our extra request. He had various lunch options in mind since the wineries did not serve significant amount of food and went to pick up our order. The Mercedes sprinter limo was spacious, clean, and water was provided which was a nice touch. It was clear that Ken's goal was to ensure that our group enjoyed itself, and we certainly did. What a memorable trip. I'm not sure I ever felt this spoiled before. I would highly recommend!!
