We walked back from the bar at midnight and felt safe! It's an easy walk to all main spots! The Inn: gorgeous! The outside doesn't look big but it's massive inside! It's got roughly 5 bedrooms! The owners stock up the refrigerator with drinks and yoghurt for guests, and there is fresh baked cookies to snack on through the day! The have great teas and coffees 24/7 too. Super cozy and delightful overall! Room: We had the master suite on the top floor and it was super spacious and clean. They have great high quality products! Loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion! The breakfast! Tim (owner) is a fantastic cook! Each night we would place an order for what we wanted for breakfast the next day! They have a gourmet touch to their breakfast! Tim makes food like an artist does his art! His passion for the culinary shows through the taste and presentation! It's incredibly beautiful! We have also stayed in the Carriage House, Hayloft, and Chicken Coup. They are all wonderful and unique with their own styles. Each has so many special personal touches. Abeja's innkeeper, Mary, is who makes the magic happen! She greets each guest with a smile and warmth as though they are an old friend. During breakfast, Mary stops by each table and sits and chats with her guests. She is a wealth of information about Abeja and the Walla Walla area. Mary's kitchen and housekeeping staff are just as welcoming and attentive. I'm sure it's very busy behind the scenes, but all you feel is peace and relaxation. That says a lot! The attention to detail is amazing at Abeja. You would never have this serene experience at a chain hotel. If you need a bottle or more of Abeja's impressive wine, you will have it hand delivered to your place. The grounds at Abeja are gorgeous. We love strolling down to the creek below and sitting on the patio above. Next to the patio is the cutest courtyard garden. On cooler nights, the firepit is a gathering place to get to know the other guests and have a glass of wine. The 2 grassy areas are great to sit and enjoy the scenery. We found this place when we were looking for accommodations as we visited wineries and this fit the bill! It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown Walla Walla and its nestled in a very pristine setting between the Walla Walla and little Walla Walla rivers. It's a nice size property with a 1962 Shasta parked below some trees. The place is super cozy and the bed is really comfy! And you can bring your dog! In the morning they deliver fresh coffee and treats to the door! The best thing is that the hosts are phenomenal and will do everything they can to make you feel at home!

Breakfast was stellar, especially the Avacado omelette dish. Bunny Bear the dog is a highlight. We met the newest member of the family -- the neighborhood squirrel who steals all the bird feed -- who heretofore we have named Belvedere because he cleans up the bird's mess and is "at your service, mam". The mattress is a firm one, but I get that at hotels too. Overall decor is very much country house quaint with delicate little China dishes, hand knitted things, immaculate cleanliness, and not a TV in the place, Overall five stars!
