Toro sashimi

TLDR; Blue Sushi if it had worse parking and no happy hour. But they have fatty tuna! Starting with the good: Service was great Environment was cute and cleanly Food was good Drinks were delicious Not so good: Parking is horrendous! Don't even think about getting a spot in the tiny parking lot, half of them are reserved you will be street parking on narrow roads Small menu, and I think whoever created it loved blue sushi. Lot of similar items (with similar names) that happen to be priced just suspiciously slightly cheaper than Blues regular menu, BUT who goes to Blue not during happy hour? Not me!! Shiki needs a happy hour with those prices. Overpriced. See point above. Especially the drinks! Dodge street.

Wow! What a stunning restaurant! The parking was not terrible in the back and we did not have trouble getting in. I felt like it was in a fairytale when I walked in, so my expectations were high. I started with the Lynchee martini, which is very popular and I see why it was delicious. I did get a bento box with the crispy California roll and amazing Asian salad and the mango crab Rangoon. The miso soup is good and hearty and tempura shrimp was so fresh. It's probably the freshest sushi I have ever had. The ginger drink was so good I wanted another one. This is a beautiful restaurant and would be perfect for any date night! Give them a try, I bet you will be back!

Was excited to show Shiki off to 1st timers bc the place is just gorgeous. We reserved a large party for a bday & everyone LOVED the food, the cocktails & the overall vibe. Tea room seating def added to a cool experience. Casey was the GOAT - handling our group of almost 20 ppl like a pro. Already looking fwd to the next visit.

We went to have lunch at this new sushi restaurant, I saw pictures online and wanted to go check it out. Restaurant is on the corner with a parking lot in the back. We didn't make reservations but I can see this place getting busy on the evening and weekends. The restaurant is beautiful! There's 2 different rooms, we sat in the bar room by the window. There's booths and tables to accommodate small and large groups. The other room has more bigger tables and also the horigotatsu seats with sunken floor. Walls murals and flowers everywhere. Food is also delicious.

Great service and good once again! We sat in the Cherry Blossom room again! Food was great again, tried new rolls this time!

Very cool restaurant with multiple rooms with different aesthetics. Sushi was very good. Some of the fusion food had great flavor and was unlike anything I had before, very unique to have at a sushi place. Service was great especially with how busy it was!

Came here back in August and overall had a great experience. Food and drinks were good - not pictured is their calamari (was $14 and similar to Blue Sushi's - it had the fried veggies and dipping sauce but the actual calamari was meh). My only real downside is the parking - absolutely horrendous! If going at a busy time or if there is anything going on in the area then good luck. There is a little parking lot behind the restaurant that only holds like around 10-15 cars and some of that parking belongs to the housing next to the restaurant. There is also a CVS right across the street so could potentially park there and any other parking areas had private parking signs.

Holy cow - Shiki left me speechless!! Everyone has been raving about this place and I was excited to finally try it! It is GORGEOUS!! Our waitress, Jordyne, was so awesome! She checked on us a bunch, gave us recs, and went out of her way to give us the best time! I struggled with what drink to pick and she curated the perfect option - Lychee Martini. I was nervous but it's my new favorite cocktail!! Our rolls were all so different from each other which was great but I HIGHLY recommend the Oahu Roll! We got a spicier one and a pretty basic roll and they complemented each other so nicely! Somehow after all that food, Jordyne convinced us to get the chocolate cake. I was stunned when I had my first bite. This was not a regular cake it was like the smoothest mousse cake! Could have a slice every day! I do want to preface they are still in their soft opening phase so the menu will get larger! I was glad to hear that because I did notice quite a few rolls with cream cheese which I am not a fan of but I think we found the best ones without. They also had non-sushi options that sounded good so we will for sure be back for their grand opening in a few months!

Very cool sushi dinner experience! We came here for a girls dinner and it was the perfect place! The interior is so pretty and has different themed spaces you can sit in: Cherry blossom room, tea room...All are great options. We were sat in the tea room since we had a larger group. We made reservations (which I suggest) and were sat quickly. Service was great. Food was delicious! It was nice to come with a group so we could try a bit of everything. We got a boat with 8 different rolls, a variety of appetizers, and drinks. My favorites were the Viva Las Vegas roll (10/10) and the Chicken gyoza. The Japanese mule was very good and refreshing.

The set up at your table when you're seated. Very elegant!!

The restaurant is beautiful everywhere, even the restrooms. The service was excellent and they accommodated us well with no problems whatsoever. The food was delicious! The food came out at a good time and the pricing is unbeatable for good sushi.

I love the interior, the tea room was stunning but there were some misses. The menu was a bit confusing - included both a burger and linguine that were "Japanese inspired" but it seemed a bit disjointed. I'm under the impression shiki is owned by flagship as I noticed some similar rolls but the food is much better at Blue. Service is still working out some kinks - the rolls were brought out missing toppings and I was given the incorrect drink and I give a bit of a pass with it being new but I was underwhelmed by the food overall and as a result would likely go to Blue or Hiro if in the mood for sushi.

Came here for a weekday lunch with some friends. Street parking in Dundee can be a challenge depemding on the day and time. Was blown away by the decor inside, absolutely stunning! You are transported to a Japanese garden. Service was fast and friendly, and kept our water glasses full. We ordered a variety of sushi and everything was quite fresh and tasty! No complaints from our group, we will be back again soon!

This restaurant is so cute and fun! The decorative wall murals and cherry blossoms covering the bar area took me to a different world. I went here to celebrate my wife's birthday and we loved everything we ordered! For apps we had shishito peppers and a miso soup. Our waitress helped us order a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc to compliment our sushi and sashimi. The Tuna sashimi came as as a beautiful flower on cucumber petals. We tried 4 rolls: rainbow, spicy hamachi, spider, and chefs kiss. The quality of the food was top tier! The vibe of the resuraunt was so fun and easy to relax.

We first visited PaC at a Yelp event, but now we are hooked on their popcorn! The cocktails portion of Popcorn and Cocktails is nothing to sneeze at either. They are super smooth and flavorful, and the perfect pairing with a little side of popcorn. They even have pairings on their menu that show you which popcorns go best with each cocktail (and each cocktail actually comes with a side of that popcorn). If you like your side of popcorn that came with your cocktail, you can also purchase a large bag of it to take home! Our favorite popcorns have been the French Toast, Bourbon Bacon Cheddar, and Peanut Butter. They have popcorns for every craving - savory or sweet. And the cocktail we've liked the best was the Summer Peach - which literally came with a peach candy on the rim! So easy to drink and a little sweet. Popcorn with cocktails might sound like an odd combination, but PaC does it perfectly and will convert you to a fan of this combo!!

I also love that they change up the decor pretty often, so there's always something new to see. It's such a fun experience overall and a great late-night spot. My only wish is that the lattes were as creative as the atmosphere. They have tons of flavor options, but most seem to be standard store-bought syrups. I got the dark chocolate cherry latte, which was good, but with how unique this place is, I'd love to see more fun coffee options to match the vibe--things like house-made seasonal syrups, flavored cold foams, or more creative specialty drinks. Still one of the most fun cafés to hang out at, and definitely a place I'd come back to!
