No screws were replaced when he was funished including the one that holds my HOOD ip safely. Vacuum hoses were left unhooked and my car has an engine knock. He refused to give me an actual mileage on said used engine. This was my maiden voyage into car repairs on my own and my car is nearly undriveable. Im sick. I called his financing company to investigate fraud, which is my only recourse besides court. Which i absolutely have to do to bw able to get to work. This dude didn't juat rip me off, he ruined my faith in mechanics. Nightmare. THREE months wait and ive no doubt he will reply to this review but he won't return my calls or stand by his NPN EXISTENT WARRANTY. EXCUSE SURE TO FOLLOW. Wish i could choose zero stars and it looks like this dude has good reviews so WHY DID U PICK ME TO SCREW?

I am very happy with the work on my 2000 Oldsmoble Intrigue and I think that for all of the work…read moredone (and needed), that the price was very reasonable. They had my car back to me within a day, and fixed things that had been bugging me for a long time. I now feel confident driving my car, no lights lit on the dashboard! I feel very confident that all of my car's problems were noticed and addressed! I have read the negative reviews (before I took my car in), and I have to say, something about those reviews didn't ring true. My experience was certainly not what they described!

What an amazing experience...again. I just picked up my 1972 Cutlass Supreme and couldn't be…read morehappier! This is either the 11th or 12th transmission they have done for me. Just this year they have also rebuilt the C6 in a 77 F150 2WD and the transmission and transfer case in my 78 Bronco 4X4. I really appreciate them taking care of my classics, but they've also done the transmissions in my Ranger 4x4, Cadillac STS4, Charger RT AWD and more. They have also done brakes, air conditioning, etc. for us. No one wants the expense of a car repair but when I pay for my repair, I feel I've gotten great value and it always comes with amazing customer service. Did I mention that I go out of my way to use them? I live at least 45 minutes away and when I've been stranded, I've had vehicles towed long distances just so I'd have the piece of mind that comes from doing business with someone I trust. Good luck with your repair. Tell them Brian sent you. It won't be the first time they've heard that. ;-)

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Took my F150 because my transmission was slipping. They…read morequoted me $6,500 to replace the transmission but wouldn't provide me with the estimate. I took it to Downriver Transmission, who a friend trusts, where they found the transmission fluid was low due to a corroded line and transfer case seal. They also replaced the bushing and U joints. All for under $1,500. More than 1,000 miles later it's running great and doesn't need a transmission. A Plus didn't mention checking the fluid level or the line, etc. At best, this seems negligent for not checking the level. At worst, they would have replaced a transmission that didn't need to be replaced then maybe found the other stuff. Yes, it was inconvenient but totally worth it to save at a minimum $5,000.
