Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. We were trying to deal with our roadside assistance( absolutely no help at all) when I called This business and The owner Rick answered and not only got us a tow he also helped my family get a ride to his business. He replaced our tire within 20 minutes and had us on the road. Our insurance company had us waiting 2 hours on a dangerous highway with trying to get us just a tow mind you and told us basically to figure out taxi service. There aren't too many good guys out there anymore and I believe by the grace of god he sent us Rick. In the past I have had only good things to say. I think overall the shop does good work. Keep in…read moremind I generally do 90+% or my own repairs/maintenance. However, recently reached out for options to get my truck's rear axle rebuilt, as I did not have time and would need to purchase some of the tools if I did it myself. I made no qualms about the fact I expected there was likely gear damage and would likely need to be rebuilt. The guy on the phone made it sound they were well equipped to handle the rebuilds there. After the truck sitting all day, the got to it the next day and took almost the entirety of the second day to pull the diff cover confirm there was gear damage, and have their sales guy call with options. This is when I found out they completely misrepresented the options and they could order a reman (which I could have done and installed) or farm out the rebuild both with astronomical costs. So I had them clean, reassemble and fill the diff. This basically took the rest of the second day and still had to argue at the inflated cost for doing a diff fluid change I would never have taken to them to do if they hadn't lied. And the attitude of the guy I talked to about the bill (which was the same guy who misrepresented their capability) was insulting and in a worse mood I'd have lost my cool for sure.

Tried to sell me a warranty that doesn't actually cover anything. (Read the fine print that most people don't) they jack the price up on vehicles that have issues so that when you find the issues they can lower the price for you or offer to make the repairs to make you feel like you are getting a "deal" I ended up paying more because I needed a vehicle now and couldn't afford to wait for a good deal to come around... don't put yourself in my shoes, have patience. Don't be fooled, these guys are out to make money and don't give a crap about you. They are not your friends and will gladly let you buy that truck with a bad transmission and not say a word about it. Don't be fooled! Do your inspections! The cars on the lot are there for a reason! Make sure you find that reason before buying.

And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension

When we finally were told it was ready, the price went up over $2000, despite the price sheet we were basing our purchase on. Had to haggle and haggle and still ended up paying over $1000 more than the listed price, not including all the standard fees. Then, in under 5000 miles lost the use of the vehicle because of transmission failure! We feel like we have been robbed on so many levels! This same vehicle had a "full diagnostic" while it was repaired elsewhere...pretty sure a failing transmission would have been apparent and they sold it to us anyway. Never will get near this place ever again!
