This went on for several months until I finally stopped by figure out what the problem was. A kid who was changing out garbage bags told me that he would get his manager and that's when the fun started. The guy was argumentative while monotone in nature telling me that I should've made the effort to come to their business to cancel the subscription because their phones haven't been working in months. That seems absolutely absurd, considering if there was an emergency the business SHOULD have active phones. Honestly, it seemed Iike the guy had no idea or care about what I was asking him today, even though he was standing there with a wet post it pad and a pen. He scribbled down the barcode number I showed him from a picture and walked away after asking if I wanted a sticker for a vehicle that has dealership loaner stickers all over it. What?!?! I can honestly tell you this guy did not care at all about anything. If he's a member of the family, they might've given them the job as a token but if he's a hired employee, this guy should be fired. Empathy was not even a thing here. More like you are bothering me or I don't really care. Somewhere in the middle.

I had to cancel and get a membership at Triton. This place is unbeatable. They have a generous amount of vacuums and self-serve wash bays, a touchless wash, and an automatic wash (the one I use). I go there so often that I decided to get a monthly membership for the winter because I just bought a new black truck and I want to keep as much road salt off of it as I can for the winter. It may be $50 a month for the best wash available and it may sound pricey but if I go more than 2 times in a month for $24 each time, I'm saving money.. and I usually go at least 3 times in a month. With this package you can go every day of the month and that's just unbeatable. There are also cheaper options. Customer service is spot on, and not to mention- at the end of the automatic wash no matter which package you choose, they hand dry your vehicle. If you choose the best wash option, they'll add tire shine by hand as well. The guys at the end of the tunnel are great, always friendly and they always have a smile on their face even when it's absolutely freezing out. I always make sure I leave them a couple of bucks for a tip, they really do work hard and they deserve it. I've yet to use them for a detailing but when the time comes, I'll be happy to. Every time I visit, the entire team greets me with a smile. I really appreciate the car wash service that they provide. They have an upcoming maintenance at the end of August 2026 to add some "top secret" improvements, I can't wait to see! Hopefully they're not closed for too long. Both for my own greediness as well as for the displaced workers without hours until they're back up and running. The only improvement that I could see is if they offered free vacuums to monthly subscribers.
