Best shoe store in Antioch! This is my favorite shoe store and the staff and manager are always amazing and helpful. They always greet me when I walk in. Any questions I have they are prompt with answering. The staff and manager definitely need a raise because I have been to other boutique sneaker stores and the Shiekh's in Antioch has the best customer service. People complain about Shiekh raffles, but this store has always been fair. I never win on the app drawings but I win In-store raffles here. This is my go to sneaker store. They always have a wide selection of shoes to choose from. A must for the sneakers heads that come to Antioch. read more

Zero stars if I could. DO NOT SHIP SHOES TO THIS PLACE. Get it sent to your house instead. I thought I was going to get it same day but it said it was going to be shipped to the store. We didn't go right away when the email was sent midweek when the order was ready for pick up. Decided to go on the weekend. When we went to the store they said they don't have the order and will have to contact corporate. Few days later Called the store and then someone said it was picked up. They said call back speak to a manager. Called back again they said should be coming this week. Called back the following week, then someone said they don't have that order. It's now over a month. Decided to call the online Shiekh where the shoes were purchased. They put me on hold and contacted the store and said they had asked the store to check the camera footage. Few hours later got an email from online Shiekh and stated they have contacted the store on my behalf and confirmed the shoes have been picked up. If you need any further assistance please contact your bank. Tf what the heck does my bank have to do at Shiekh Store they don't work there. Something sketch at this store. If the shoes was picked up they fosho they don't check ID. If the shoes was never picked up I never got my refund. But the store keeps insisting the shoes was picked up. Shii ain't adding up. May 4, 2019 It's one thing to have a passion for shoes, but it's another thing to have a passion for "Jordan Sneakers". I would say that I'm a late sneaker lover. I honestly didn't get into shoes till like the last two years or so. But with "J's" (a name used for Jordans) it's a whole different love affair. for iconic releases you normally have to enter various sweepstakes or raffles in hopes that you get the shoe that you always wanted. In most cases you still end up unlucky and have to pay the dreaded "markup" from resellers if you can't get your shoe at retail. Lucky me, I came out on the winning end of this sneaker hunt, but it wasn't without it's issues. Let me tell you about it.. Shiekh Shoes: This location is in the "Somersville Town Center" aka "County East Mall" for all you throwback people. But the "Antioch Mall" is just basically what it's called now. This location is right next to "GNC" and "Footlocker" just to give an approximate location. I came to his location on Wednesday the first to enter the show raffle for the upcoming "Air Jordan 4 Bred/Cement" that was to release on May 4, the iconic value of this shoe is through the roof for collectors and sneaker heads alike. This particular colorway was debuted in 1989 by Micheal Jordan when he was in the playoffs that season. Designed by famed Nike and Jordan Brand designer "Tinker Hatfield" this was the second model he designed for the brands. Enough of the history lesson though, let me tell your about "Shiekh Shoes" and how unorganized they are when it comes to the "raffel" process.. I was notified on Friday the 3rd that I won my reservation of the shoe. To bring the winning ticket and my ID to be able to pick up my shoe. Most shoe establishments usually do a early opening for winners in this process, and in this time frame the winners can get their product without interference from regular shoppers....NOPE! when I get to the mall, a line of 20 people was ahead of me, and aside from myself, only about 3 others had winning raffle tickets. When the associate came to the door and told people to single file in the store, I asked this was for "raffle" only right? She replied, "it's first come first serve"....that didn't sit well with me and the few others that went through the whole process. So we asked if we could at least be sold our shoes first since we won. But then she said "It's not fair to people that have been waiting in line.." Umm but this early opening was for winners of the raffle in the first place and not general public. After speaking with the store manager, he honored the request of me and the other winners and we got to get our shoes first and left happy with our $200+ dollar shoes ($218.49 cents to be exact). Overall: I'm happy that "Shiekh Shoes" offers a "raffle" process for special releases. I'm not happy by the fact that they still let the general public come and wait in line for this process. I feel if they will allow this that they should have a line for the winners and the general people that want said shoe. The staff here otherwise was pretty good, and the store itself was very neat. I would go again and continue to do "Raffles" for the hot drops, but they have to get it together and really follow a process to it's extent. read more

The employees here are really nice and are super helpful! I went in multiple times to sign up for their raffles, and on one lucky occasion, I hit and process to pick up was as seamless as can be! People who hit on the raffle don't have to wait in line. On these pick up days, there is usually a line of people waiting for the pick up period to end for the possibility of bringing home one of the prized raffled shoes. Would definitely come back! They get one star for their terrible customer service. I went in this morning with my mother. We were planning on doing some serious boot shopping. There were two men standing near the front. By the clothes they were wearing I had no idea if they were customers or if they worked there. No name tag or anything. Hoodies, baggy jeans and one even was wearing headphones. After looking at boots and choosing 5 to try on, I had to ask one of them if they worked there. One said yes and went in the back to get my size. He then came back, set them down and walked away. I tried to ask him a question, but he was already gone! Between the cheaply made boots and horrible service, we just walked out. read more

I usually try to avoid the Antioch Mall , it is a different world than I am used to and I don't bother to frequent places with bad service a 2nd time. Last Friday I ended up there with my daughter shopping for a last minute outfit for that weekend. We ended up in Shiekh Shoes, and I could not believe how great the customer service was from the 3 ladies working. Super friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to find the sandals she was looking for. This Friday I went back with my younger daughter and the same 3 ladies were working again and we had a similarly fantastic experience. Plus the prices are cheap! read more

Overall I've always had a great experience with this store. Jordan 1 bred comes out on Saturday and I've called and spoke to a female representative over the phone and asked is there going to be a raffle?! She said NO first come first serve even asked my shoe size. I was like ok I will be there in the morning. I went in on the day of the release and they said no there was a raffle. MISSED INFORMED! is this what retail is all about or is this just a summer job or a part time job for her?! I was very disappointed about how shoe stores and their misinformation towards customers!
