Any questions I have they are prompt with answering. The staff and manager definitely need a raise because I have been to other boutique sneaker stores and the Shiekh's in Antioch has the best customer service. People complain about Shiekh raffles, but this store has always been fair. I never win on the app drawings but I win In-store raffles here. This is my go to sneaker store. They always have a wide selection of shoes to choose from. A must for the sneakers heads that come to Antioch.

So as we approached the back where the shoe section is I see 2 guys talking. A young lady came out the back and I asked her if they had a specific shoe which they hadn't. Then I asked her if their shoes had a lifetime return like I just read online. You would have thought I went from English to a foreign language. Her reply was Oh, I don't know nothing about that. I said hmmmm, either Google has false advertising or you're out the loop. I pulled up Google search, and showed her. She walks up to the guys that were talking and asks 1 of them. He then explains the 60 day return policy of unworn shoes. I told him how I just saw on Google while searching composite shoes right under it read Work World lifetime returns. He said, Oh I think that's really old. At that point, I was outdone and wanted no parts of a store that lacks customer service, product knowledge or just plain good/common sense. They have entirely too many employees standing like mannequins that know absolutely nothing, and talk amongst themselves too much and not to customers. I added a photo I just Google of the boot, and below you can see clear as day see "Lifetime Returns" which appears to be FALSE ADVERTISING!!
