However when I walked in they told me Irish setters are only 7 days which was never disclosed when I bought them. The associate was extremely rude as well when I asked why. My husband and I were in the RedWing store to get him new work boots. So let me just start here. Gabriella is the Store Manager Rude un helpful never place my husband boot order on April 26th 2025 and the associate Sai was extremely rude as well. We just called this morning May 23rd at 10am and spoke to Dwayne that was so very helpful this morning found my husband a pair of work boots and he has to go pick them up! But that's ok. Dwayne did more for my husband in 5 minutes than those two unprofessional women especially the MANAGER Gabriella. Both women should be Fired they have no Customer service personality's what so ever. The fact this store is open Sundays is the only positive I can see. Stopped in while in the area to look for some polish or dye for a pair of boots that have lost 80% of their color in the 10 months I've owned them and cared for them with Red Wing products. The fact I had to repeat the same questions half a dozen times to recieve the simple answer of "no, we do not have a product to restore color" was a clear sign that this establishment was operated by clowns. The lack of follow up or persistence to help reiterates the above and lack of product knowledge. I will stick to my go to stores with more seasoned clerks. read more

Wore my insoles once. Half a day on my wedding day had to take them out because they started to peel. They wouldn't return or exchange them because it's been 2 weeks. I am very disappointed in this location, or is it all Red Wing stores? I needed to stop at Red Wing to get new safety boots. I got there at about 10 minutes to 3pm, and I was in a tight schedule. When I got there was a note on the door saying it was closed for lunch. The note said that they will back at 3. I stuck around for 30 minutes waiting for them to return. No one ever showed up. I had to leave and now I don't know when I will be able to get back there. Unfortunately this is where my company sends us to get us our shoes.... so frustrating! I live locally and like to shop locally to support my community but I choose to shop at Red Wings in Concord because the staff at the Brentwood store is unprofessional & unfriendly. I bought a pair of work boots from this location. They required a minor alteration that I've gotten done many times in the past. The female employee took the boots to the back and after 30 minutes of waiting, she brought my boots back out. They were both ruined. She was trying to force them on me like it wasn't a big deal and I should just take them and deal with the subpar work she had done. once I insisted that she fix the problem, She notified me that I would have to come back after she re-ordered the boots a week later. This caused a serious inconvenience for me. When I returned to get the boots, I informed the service person of all the difficulties I had in dealing with this location and asked if they could do anything for me. She simply said no, with no apology, no explanation, or reason for why I received such a horrible service. Nobody who works at this store actually cares about the customer or doing a good job in general. read more

I've been coming here for my work boots since they opened. Same process everytime, I bring my work voucher in, pick out boots, everything gets processed. This last trip the lady at the register took an hour to figure out how to process my voucher. Kept trying to charge me out of pocket for a process I know I pay nothing up front for. Once it was ironed out I had to wait a week for my boots to come in. Today I show up to pick them up and the same lady hands me a box with a pair of used boots in them. The moment I opened it I recognized that they were worn, scuff marks, faded leather, much softer than new boots. She debates with me and says they're new... It's not until I ask her to pull out the same boot but a different size for comparison and it's night and day. I've been buying Red Wing boots for 25 years and have never had in store issues like this at any location. read more

Another thing that's weird is there "lunch breaks" they just leave at 330 in the afternoon lock the door but leave the lights on with a open sign on???? This place sucks! Bought a pair of steel toe boots that fit but as they broke in they became looser and the steel toe started rubbing on my toes. So I went to exchange them but this boot happens to be non exchangeable, so I called corporate and they won't do anything either. I was fitted for these based on this so called foot map but obviously it's crap. So I spent 170 dollars for a weeks use.... I will never buy red wings again! read more

Not sure why there are a few negative reviews about this location. My experience was outstanding to say the least, I was greeted in a timely manner with extreme professionalism by Ryan. Immediately I was asked how I could be helped and if this was my first time ever visiting a Red Wing store, it was my first time and I'm glad I made the choice because I was totally taken care of. Ryan asked my profession and exactly what I was looking for and gave me some recommendations based on my answers, sized me up and badabing badaboom I have an extremely comfortable and tough pair of boots! Also I might add Ryans customer service is outstanding and the man needs a raise or promotion to store manager (if he is'nt already, I would'nt be surprised if he is one bit.) Good job! Came here because all my co workers say they are the best of the best when it comes to work boots. Store was very clean and up to date looking. They 2 ladies working were nice, and the one that helped me (older woman name starts with an "R" I am horrible with names) helped me get sized and try some boots on. When we found out I have a super wide foot, so she tracked down some shoes in my size all the way in Indianapolis and had them shipped to the store just so I can try them on. read more

Called yesterday and woman said they close today at 4:30pm. My husband calls to confirm they are still open at 2:30pm and woman says they close at 3:30pm. Now its 2:45 and we are sitting outside the store waiting because there's a note on the door saying their closed for break. Really? You only have one person working and they take a 20 min break half hour before you close? Very unprofessional, and there is four other people waiting with us. read more
