I buy plenty of shirts at one time. A 3xl that I removed the tags on and wore was just too big even after washing it. I thought I would be able to exchange the one with tags for a 2xl, but was told no because the time to exchange was 30 days. I'm not asking for store credit or a refund, just an exchange from a 3xl to a 2xl. As someone who has spent my hard earned union money here for years I think this is ridiculous.
