Levi was one of the few to call me back, come out for the quote when he said he would and provided additional detail when the insurance adjusters asked. And the work they did was amazing. I also hired Levi and crew to paint the whole exterior and will have him replace ducting under the house, soaked by the water run off and some other concrete work I need done. I can't say enough about Levi, his crew and the quality of their work.

Everyone from the TMC crew was great to work with, we had a rather large project and we did not mind seeing the TMC crew every morning bright and early! From the very start, their team was professional. The sales process was transparent, insightful, and educational as we had to discuss what our vision was for our home while the TMC team helped us put a plan together to make it happen. As for the work and team, every member was meticulous with every detail of our project (siding, windows, and covered wrap around porch), and really took pride in their work. Special shout out to Joe and his crew who bring years of experience to the job site, Scott who helped us with estimates and working through pivots in the plan, the wonderful office staff who helped keep the project moving forward, and even the owners who came out and checked in to make sure we were happy with everything! TMC is and will be our contractor of choice for future projects.

Conner was a godsend! I had discussed my concrete/foundation issue with several other companies -…read morewho were less than helpful-before I was referred to CP Concrete. He came out to take a look promptly and was able to pinpoint the problem in less than 5 minutes. I should add that the other contractors couldn't offer me evidence that their solution would provide the remedy. Not only did Conner show me where the problem was in my stem wall, but he thoroughly explained the solution and everything that would be involved. His services are highly sought-after so I booked his first available date which was a couple months out but luckily he had a shift in his schedule with a project that wrapped early so he could get me in sooner! He arrived on site and was prepped to start work exactly as he said. The project only took a couple days and with the leftover concrete from the pour, he made me some stepping stones for the garden at no extra charge! He even helped us to do some family handprints on the new section which was a fun touch. If you are looking for a concrete company that is communicative, skilled, and fairly priced, give Conner a call. You won't need to call anyone else.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the entire project. Conner worked with me on the design, drainage, future sleeves under the concrete, and all the small details that ultimately made the finished project come together perfectly. Conner was personally on site every day during seven days of prep, working alongside Tyler, who simply never stopped working. On pour day, a crew of about 10 showed up, each with a specific role. It was impressive watching how well they worked together to get a large pour done efficiently while maintaining the quality of the finish. Conner and Tyler were back the next day to clean everything up. Before leaving, they spent some time with me just walking around and admiring the finished project. I think that says a lot--they clearly take pride in their work. The workmanship, communication, planning, and attention to detail were excellent from beginning to end. The finished patio and pathways exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend Conner, Tyler, and the entire CP Concrete team highly enough.

Some of the qualities that stood out to me were their professionalism, communication, thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. He gave me timelines for everything and always communicated if things were taking longer than expected. Sean's crew was absolutely fantastic at cleaning up at the end of the day. We were living in the house while they were working on it and I have kids so it was so nice to come home to a construction site that was clean and safe for my kids. The work that Cornell did was TOP notch. Everything in our remodel/addition is exactly how we wanted it. Sean contracted out some of the work to great local businesses who were also extremely professional and great at their jobs. Sean was also great at walking us through parts of the project and giving advice to us on parts of the project we hadn't considered. He had fantastic ideas and really helped us consider everything before making big decisions. I would highly recommend Cornell Construction to anyone looking for a contractor.
