Tried returning a gallon of Vista Paint, and this guy Mark says their is an A on the can and because I didn't have my receipt that day Mark didn't want to take it back and says that he didn't think it was their paint. Heeelllloooo!!! Are you a little slow upstairs? It has your store name on it. And I don't care what letter of the alphabet it has on your paint cans, you gave me the wrong paint to begin with. All I wanted was an exchange. How hard is that? But noooooo. You just chose to sit there and argue rather than pleasing the customer. Over the year I've spent well over $2000.00. Therefore because of your lack of customer service, I have found a better place with great prices and superb customer service

I bought several samples first to see how the colors looked in my home with various lighting. I returned to buy all of the paint that I needed and staff was very friendly and efficient. The second time I was a customer, Eva, assisted me in my purchase process. I had names of my paint colors and needed a couple of other colors to coordinate with the ones that I already knew. She was accommodating and let me sit and use the table in the store to go over my vision board and she let me use her paint fan deck. I went with the BM Regal Select, as she recommended and boy did the colors go on beautifully (thought I used a painter). Thank you Eva, and Vista Paints - West Covina!

Perhaps I should have walked in and out burger and got to nice animal style double double while I was waiting. Most of the ladies here are friendly except for the cranky dark haired supervisor. So I just tried to come when she's not there. Although it's a interesting paint place with ample parking in back lot, I doubt I'll be back. There's two other paint places close by. One by the 7/11 store on Azusa Avenue and the 10 freeway and the other one right next to the Norms Restaurant on Azusa Avenue. I'll be trying those

It is truly unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review for Bill Wright Paints & Supplies…read more On 9/15/20, I was referred to Bill Wrights for a custom BMW Carbon Schwartz paint. I needed the paint in a spray can, since it's difficult to locate someone who does such a thing I was excited to find this shop. Upon entry, I was greeted by a kind, welcoming, and passionate individual who turned out to be the owner. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure I was happy with the paint and service. During my first visit the service was spectacular. During the spray, I had some issues with the can spitting out the tip. Understanding that due to the hardner the tip was clogging up, however, once cleaning the tip didn't resolve the issue and the second can simply be stopped spraying I contacted the shop. Now, this is where my whole experience was changed to a negative one. The man answering the phone and working in the shop had absolutely 0 customer service, willingness to help, or fix the issue. Instead, he began to lecture me, argue, and deny any resolution. After realizing that this was a pointless conversation, resulting in an argument and seeing no resolution from his end. I stopped and said ok fine ill pay for the new cans to be mixed, accepting that I was a complete idiot who for the first time ever picked up a can of spray paint. Today, the final straw and reason for this negative review. The 3 new cans I picked up and spent $100 on, not including the 100$ I spend the first visit we're mixed completely different from the original. Yes, there was a sticker placed on the can by the owner to make it all look professional we're ignored. The new cans just had the paint code "416" written in sharpie. The difference in the mixture is a major one. Per the second visit where I was made to look like an idiot, I followed his direction and immediately stopped using the spray. I went to the shop today hoping that maybe today I will have a better experience. Boy was I wrong! He took absolutely no accountability, shouting it's the same paint code. I said sure but mixed differently. He argued and shouted not even attempting to simply re-do the cans. There's nothing I can do and there is nothing wrong with the cans. The pictures I showed him were ignored to well this doesn't prove anything. Really? When you can clearly see the depth, flake, and shine in the paint mix by the owner and the dull purple looking no-flake mix by you. This doesn't prove anything he argues, I'm not gonna fix anything. I asked him is this how you really tread customers? You made a mistake fine all I ask is for you to remake it. Asking for the owner or when will he be in resulted in keep checking like I'm just supposed to put all my plans aside and wait. When did I ask him if a negative review really worth proving his point? He replied I don't care! When told that I can call the bank and file a chargeback, again all I got was so what do what you want. I'm not looking to bash any business especially one that I know deep inside runs completely different by the owner. I don't want to file a chargeback or bring any negativity to the owner who worked hard to achieve a great reputation. I would love to continue doing business here being that's it's difficult to find a shop who does provide this service. I'm willing to change this review to a positive one. All I want is for the mix to be done correctly as it was the first time. There is absolutely no reason or excuse to treat customers this way. A satisfied customer will bring his business back to you instead of a negative review and potentially losing future customers. I'm truly hoping that my first impression was not wrong!

I told him I was looking for paint to cover graffiti on stucco and showed him a piece of color sample from the wall. He used the computer to color match. However, after applying computer matched paint color and blow-drying the paint, he rejected 2 batches, because he felt neither was close enough to the sample I brought in. During the process, professional customers started streaming in and he didn't not put down my order. Instead, he asked his associate to help other customers while continue working on color matching my order. He knew I was only going to order a single gallon of the most budget friendly line of paint before I informed him, but he made me feel that I am valued as much as those professional customers who ordered buckets and buckets. I painted the wall right after returning and the color is an excellent match. Joey not only understood exactly what I was looking for, but also provided one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. From now on I will only go this Sherwin Williams store for all my painting projects, and I'd recommend all my friends to this store and ask to speak to Joey.

Before bringing it in, I asked the cashier if it was okay since I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to purchase a few items. The cashier said it was fine. A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not public embarrassment over a situation that could have been handled with a simple conversation. Ty

I desperately needed paint for my contractors by the next morning, but Yelp and Google had different times listed for when the store closed. When I called, luck would have it that the shop was closing in 15 min but Daniel the CSR said he'd be able to help me if I got there quickly (I only live a few min away). As soon as I entered, I gave him 2 custom swatches I had brought from another place and he was able to guide me to the closest matches. While not perfect, I was already satisfied with them given my desperation but Daniel went above and beyond and literally created new batches of paint that matched my original swatches, even though it made him stay a little longer after closing. I felt so bad to inconvenience him but he was so gracious about helping me. On top of all that, he applied promotional discounts I wasn't even aware of and offered to help take everything to my car.
