I chose them despite being more…read moreexpensive than other online stores, because their website showed that the product was "in stock" (in fact it still shows this) and I didn't want to wait a long time to receive the items. Of the two products I ordered on 9/26, one didn't ship until 10/4 and didn't arrive until 10/10. The other product, as of 10/23, still hasn't even shipped. I wrote an email to inquire about it, and apparently the items in my order were processed "for drop ship direct from manufacturer" and the remaining item hasn't even been manufactured yet. If I'd known it was just going to be direct from manufacturer, I'd have gone to any of the dozens of other websites offering the same thing for lower cost and with free shipping. On the positive side, at least I've received part of my order so it isn't like they've just disappeared with my money, and customer service responded on the next business day so that's nice. I'm just super frustrated that I won't receive my items within the needed timeframe despite explicitly picking a more expensive store with the items "in stock".

Juan, the owner, is super kind, patient, and helpful! He always takes his time to answer our questions and never rushes us into choosing our paints. The shop itself is spotless, super organized, and very well stocked. You can tell they put a lot of effort into upkeeping the store. Even though they specialize in paint, they also carry a lot of other supplies, like brushes, papers, and tapes. They are very fast, efficient, and offer competitive pricing too. It's rare to find a place that combines great service, quality products, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend supporting this local business. Once upon a time, the husband was patching up some of our walls. It reminded me of Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul and at that moment, I wanted to paint an accent wall that color. Some time passes, we end up going to get the paint. Unable to persuade the hubby to go for the dark color (he swore it would darken our place), we compromised on a baby blue color. Meh. After living with the color for about a year, the hubby agrees that we should have gone darker. Insert eye roll here. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue. We absolutely love the color (& no, it didn't darken the space). The husband learned to trust his wife's vision that day.

It was a bit busy, but the paint mixing took around 20 minutes and they were able to help us bring the paint in our car. Customer service is superb as well.
