I told him I was looking for paint to cover graffiti on stucco and showed him a piece of color sample from the wall. He used the computer to color match. However, after applying computer matched paint color and blow-drying the paint, he rejected 2 batches, because he felt neither was close enough to the sample I brought in. During the process, professional customers started streaming in and he didn't not put down my order. Instead, he asked his associate to help other customers while continue working on color matching my order. He knew I was only going to order a single gallon of the most budget friendly line of paint before I informed him, but he made me feel that I am valued as much as those professional customers who ordered buckets and buckets. I painted the wall right after returning and the color is an excellent match. Joey not only understood exactly what I was looking for, but also provided one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. From now on I will only go this Sherwin Williams store for all my painting projects, and I'd recommend all my friends to this store and ask to speak to Joey.

Cardinal Industrial finishes has decent customer service, friendly staff, and they have chemists on…read moresite so if you have questions you can get very qualified people with answers. They manufacture the paint, not just sell someone else's brand, and so theres a lot going on here when you go to pick up, its not a storefront only and it won't be as fast as a SWP or automotive paint store. The reglazing paints are definitely good stuff, not exactly fast dry like some of the out of state brands, but overnight cure (accelerated) is available and the pricing is fair. My previous review was a little harsh, but I rode the 2011 wave here of reformulations over V.O.C changes and it was hard on my business too. They have a good wipe on adhesion promoter - paired with bulldog its excellent, an excellent primer that I wish I could accelerate but recognize it is still excellent, and a good top coat of poly they sell. I still purchase sometimes here, not as often as my business slowed a bit, but I value them and would be sad to see them go. Thanks a lot to everyone at Cardinal!

He counted all the materials he used and returned the ones that were unused. He walked with me after they were done and told me if there was anything I didn't like, they would fix it right away.
