Your website indicated that the item was available for pickup within 15 minutes at this location. Based on that, I chose to go directly to the store instead of placing an online order. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I left the store feeling frustrated and let down. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially from a brand that emphasizes helpfulness so strongly. At least they had pie.

The second time I was a customer, Eva, assisted me in my purchase process. I had names of my paint colors and needed a couple of other colors to coordinate with the ones that I already knew. She was accommodating and let me sit and use the table in the store to go over my vision board and she let me use her paint fan deck. I tried to get an opinion from one of the guys about which washers I should use, they couldn't give me any pros or cons. Way to know your product! So I turned in my bottles, and they brought me three replacements. I say replacements because when I got home, of the three... One was completely empty, one was about half, and luckily one was completely full.... Needless to say I was not too happy. When I called, I got the "they were full when we sold them" answer... Really??? I will be looking for both a new co2 supplier and welding supply shop too!
