Counter-Depth MAX™ with Zero Clearance™ 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Craft Ice. Freddy had previously provided us with exceptional service a few years ago when I purchased two Samsung Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Ventless Heat Pump All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combos with Super Speed in Dark Steel. I was specifically looking for an electric, ventless combo unit, and Freddy introduced me to the Samsung model. I ultimately purchased two--one for each of my tenants--with designated circuit breakers. I have had absolutely no issues with either unit, and my tenants remain ecstatic! But I digress... When my wife and I returned from vacation in June, we discovered that our refrigerator was no longer operating. Rather than invest in repairs, such as replacing the condenser, we decided it was time to purchase a new refrigerator. I contacted Freddy, and he immediately went to work making the necessary arrangements, including expediting the delivery. Because we needed to come into PC Richard to complete the purchase, Freddy arranged for us to meet with Michael on his day off. When we arrived at PC Richard, Michael greeted us and expertly walked us through the entire purchasing process. He even helped us open a new PC Richard account so we could receive the $100 purchase card for future use. To make the experience even better, Michael matched the sale price we had found at Home Depot. The refrigerator was delivered promptly, but unfortunately, the initial installation was subpar--even though I had tipped the installers. The doors and handles were not installed symmetrically, and the vents were not functioning properly. Once again, Freddy stepped in. He arranged for a service technician to come out and address the problems. The technician attempted to align the doors and handles but was unable to correct them, and he could not determine why the vents were not operating. When a second visit that had been scheduled through the repair center was not honored, Freddy personally intervened and advocated on our behalf. Rather than allowing us to continue dealing with a defective installation, Freddy worked to have the faulty refrigerator removed and arranged for a brand-new replacement unit to be delivered. He also made sure the replacement was properly installed. We have now had the replacement refrigerator for two months, and my wife absolutely loves it--especially the Craft Ice round ice balls! The refrigerator's Zero Clearance™ doors are another fantastic feature because of the tight space where the refrigerator is recessed. The doors can open without interfering with the surrounding cabinetry, drawers, or the refrigerator's frame, making it a perfect fit for our kitchen. However, as impressive as the refrigerator is, what truly stands out to us is Freddy's exceptional customer service. He demonstrated genuine ownership of our experience from beginning to end. He remained responsive, persistent, and committed to making things right--even when he was off duty. That level of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognized. I had limited knowledge on sub-flooring and the processes of vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered woods given by various flooring contractors who provided me estimates all across the board. He thoughtfully answered my questions and weighed out the pros/cons of the seemingly endless options I had in attempts to remedy water damage to said flooring - debated replacing with parquet, fixing only a portion, or completely doing over the entire unit. I finally went to visit LL where I narrowed down from 10 to 2 options in which Shaf was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and patient - catering to my indecisiveness and timeliness or lack of. Even though I changed my mind the next day and called to update my choice, he went above and beyond multiple times to ensure I got the wood and baseboards I wanted in the timeframe/method I needed it delivered. I contacted The Padded W. spoke with Janet, she told me that my belongings had been transferred to their warehouse in Paterson - really? who authorized them without consulting with us (the owners). To our surprise, few days later we found out that our items were in the open inside this warehouse, according to Janet 'don't worry your items are cordon off' (not true). few days later, I called Morris B. Moving listed business number to speak with Tim B., another surprise...now is The Padded W. business number the employee told me Tim no longer, sold his company to The Padded Wagon - is that called 'have combined'?. If all this is not enough - Janet (The Padded Wagon) made us pay for May rent, even though we took our items out of there on May 4, 2023 plus a nice fee of $100 for warehouse handling (warehouse mishandling).
