This PC Richards is always my first go-to when looking for televisions, refrigerators, dishwashers, vacuums etc. They continuously prove to have the best customer service along with the best prices. Aside from their products, their store is always clean, neat and fully stocked. I always feel welcomed when I arrive, and satisfied when I leave. Every employee I have dealt with is knowledgable and helpful, especially the manager, Gary McClure. He is always available when needed for the very few times there have been slight issues. His urgency to take care of the minor issues and make my trip there hassle-free have been more than appreciated. He really ensures his customers leave with exactly what they are looking for. Worked with this company in New York. The most unreliable and rude. Today I am waiting for the FOURTH man to come and fix their botched installation of my refrigerator that I paid for in May. Also took 3 months to deliver a microwave, and don't even bother paying for installation. Their guys essentially unbox and leave the mess for you. Oh and on top of their unprofessionalism, they will blame all their mistakes on you even though you have digital receipts and proof that show otherwise. So when they know that they'll ghost you. Honestly, as a woman each and every time I worked with a male associate he spoke to me in a demeaning way, assumed I know nothing, was disrespectful and then gaslights you to say it was what you wanted. I have been a loyal customer of PC Richard & Son for the past 10+ years. They always have the best prices and are able to answer all my questions. The stores are always set up in such a way that it is easy to see the appliances and items and it is always clean! My most recent experience at the Watchung store was pleasant great as always. I was greeted when I arrived in the store. Within minutes I had someone helping me plan out my new kitchen appliances with me. When the man helping me was unsure of the answer to a question I asked him, one of the managers of the store (Gary) was more than happy to hop in and help out with the answer. I was very pleased with my experience at this P.C. Richards store. Besides prices being more than reasonably fair, the sales person was awesome!! He answered all my questions for almost 1/2 hour as we looked and discussed the features of about 15 different TV's before selecting my choice. I had brought with me an advertisement of a competitor that had an even cheaper price. So salesman grabbed the store manager right away. I think his name was Gary. He was very polite and didn't hesitate to not only match the price, but further discount it where I saved a few dollars. I had a great experience with this store. They met the best prices I had found anywhere without blinking an eye. The salesperson Omar and manager Mike tried very hard to help us complete our purchase. They did not pressure us at all. We actually came back to finalize and the manager Jay had passed our information onto Mike so he could help us. Mike was awesome. He followed up with us after the purchase because the machines were bigger than our old ones He wanted to be sure they would fit. The installation team was very professional and came at the beginning of the delivery window. They were very careful not to damage our house. I was visiting my family and they took me here..i am from florida and never been in a pc richards before but let me tell you i wish they was in miami. The sales rep that helped me was Bobby Gilmore and he impressed me with his knowledge of their products. I was interested in getting a big screen tv and he gave me the pros and cons of all the models i was looking at and never tried to bait me to the most expensive models. I ended up getting a 65 inch tv and i love it..all the features inwqs looking for. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and go to this store and ask for Bob..this store is awesome read more

My wife likes to research and check out all the different stores. Every time over the past 15 years we have ended up getting the best deal and service from PC Richards. That has included our refrigerator, freezer, Dishwasher, washer and dryer, two big screen TV's and many other smaller items. I just purchased a front load washer and dryer on January 14, 2014. I had a great experience. Omar was very knowledge and professional. He matched the Buyers Edge price I had quoted, which was less then their already low sale price. The manager helped to approve the sale and was also very courteous . Delivery was a snap. Needed some speakers for a last minute event quick. But I had no clue on what to get, which quality was better or even if it would work for the location. I walked around saw a few but wasn't sure.
