The manager had gotten a call from corporate about my review so he immediately got hostile with me. THEN HE CALKED THE POLUCE!!!!!! Three police cars showed up! I was so embarrassed and humiliated! And yet they pushed further to Noh giving us a between deal eventually they offered a different smaller sofa and a loveseat for an extra 200 and we took it believing it was a good deal They took 2 weeks to call us for delivery date and then we weren't scheduled for a week after that! Same day went back to the store an hour later but Janeen refused to take it back, even though she could clearly see the package had not been opened. Very rude and unpleasant. Shop where customer service is good. When you buy something they are pushing to sell you they don't tell you it is a final sale. Same thing happened with friends who bought a mattress but were unhappy with the firmness, a week later Janeen refused to exchange it for a different one saying the store policy does not cover "comfort" exchanges. Any mattress store will give you at least 30 days. The good reviewers will realize this when down the road they experience a problem with their purchase.

My husband and I went there yesterday thinking it would be a great chance to pick up some furniture for our new house. Thankfully, we told the sales associate we needed to double-check measurements before buying. When I got home and looked up the same items on their website, I realized they had marked up all the in-store prices. After the so-called "discount," the prices were basically the same as online. For example, they had a sofa table listed in-store with an "original price" of $1,300, but online it's only $450. Just a warning so no one else gets tricked by this. And when I asked the manager about this, she was full aware of the prices being doubled. Everything in that store is around $800- $1000 over the price online, so its not just a couple items here and there.

Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.
