What a great experience!! Neil is the absolute Best!! After 2 visits at 2 other stores today was the best with someone named Neil who I want to consider a friend now! Lol! He helped us in such a fashion that he wasn't pushy, he wasn't demanding and he was the absolute sweetest! He even played around with the kids too! Do yourself a favor and absolutely come here for sure, you won't be sorry! read more

Neil helped us. No BS and I can smell BS from a mile away. He really gave us great advice. Just go to him if you want the best combination of value and comfort that you can afford without feeling like you're getting screwed. Remember the name: NEIL!! He'll take great care of you. Go to this store and ONLY this store. You'll never get better service anywhere else. For anyone reading this you should no that I do not work for this store. I have no affiliation whatsoever. It was the closest showroom to me in Staten Island that carried Helix and Brooklyn Bedding products that I had researched extensively before looking for a place to try the products out. But because the experience was genuine and unpressured I will not shopping at another bed store from now on my experience there was that good. I plan on referring anyone I know who is looking for an adjustable bed and mattress to this store. read more

I had the most amazing experience at the Sleep Loft with Robert as my salesman. After looking online and visiting competitive showrooms, I made the decision to purchase my mattress here. Robert was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I spent a few thousand dollars, but I can't wait for my new mattress. He was So personable And made my purchase easy. He did the best he could on price and offered a gift. I highly recommend Robert and this location. A mattress is an investment on your body and self-care and should be chosen wisely. They have some very incredible beds, These type of stores are so underrated, be sure to check them out before deciding. read more

Bobby C was such an awesome sales rep! Guided me through the process of selecting a bed for my home in a very informative matter and really helped with narrowing down on which bed is best fit for my needs. The location is also excellently priced that I would recommend anyone to visit to try before buying any of their brands. Definitely worth recommending to others, especially if you can have Bobby help you thru the process! read more

I had a great experience with our salesman Bobby C. I went into the store wanting to try the Dreamcloud mattress that I had seen online. I'm glad I did because I didn't like it! I ended up getting a beautiful adjustable bed for myself and a new mattress for my daughter (that wasn't in the plan). I highly recommend trying the sleep loft! I got a nice discount and free delivery as well. read more

Let me share my experience with you. I bought a Helix Elite from these guys. They were nice at first. They assured me that even though I was buying through them, a third party, they would take care of me as if I were dealing with Helix. I explained my back issues, and they recommended the Helix Elite. The mattress cost over $2,500 but I was desperate for a solution. It was fine initially, but after just a few weeks, my pain had never been worse, and once I started to express my problems with them, they ghosted me. I had to walk into the store in person just to get an answer about returning it. I told them I was looking at the Leesa Reserve online and wanted to return the Helix Elite. They said, "We have that here, and we'll get it to you ASAP and a few hundred dollars cheaper." I expressed hesitation about exchanging rather than returning BUT assured me that if it didn't work out, I would be able to return the exchange with no issues (important later). Although the mattress was amazing at first, once it broke in, it was way too soft. The mattress was designed with "inserts" so you can exchange the "comfort layer" without the need of exchanging the whole mattress. I tried exchange the comfort insert for a firmer one. Well, it didn't work out. "We cant do it" and then they claimed I had to keep it despite saying I could return it after an exchange. They offered 50% off a new mattress as a "courtesy" because they dont return after an exchange... I told them that was unacceptable, they need to keep their word. Eventually they relented and said they would accept the return. This is when they truly ghosted me. They would pick up the phone but not answer (I could hear them talking in the background), not respond to emails, and decline my calls. It took reaching out to Leesa Corporate (3Z Brands) to report their third-party retailer's behavior before I got a callback. "We'll work something out," they told me. I insisted on a refund. Later, I compromised and said, "All I need is a comfort exchange and you can keep the sale." I wanted to make it right but This compromise was a huge mistake. I eventually learned through numerous calls with Leesa (3Z Brands) they could have offered a comfort exchange long ago but refused--and now the firmer insert was no longer being made! They lied, claiming they didn't have the ability to do a "comfort exchange," all so they didn't have to live up to their end of the transaction. I told them to forget everything--I just wanted my money back. Call after call, email after email. "Matt will contact you." or " Robert will contact you." or "Oh, He's on vacation." Even the "He's busy with A, B, C or X, Y, Z." Two months later, I still don't have my comfort exchange, my money, or any communication. Terrible Company not worth your gas, time or energy to even have a conversation with them. PS: I documented everything and submitted a dispute with my Credit Card. read more

My husband and I visited the Sleeploft in Woodbridge just to "try on" a new mattress that we were going to purchase from an on-line vendor. The store was still in the process of being set up, but Eddie and the owner were incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with us to help us make the best choice to fit both of our sleep positions. We did get to try out the on-line mattress brand that we had been ready to go with, but after a few questions we were re-directed to sample a few other options for comparison - and ended up selecting a different mattress. Eddie was extremely knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend the store. In store pricing was consistent with on-line prices (we checked when we got home) and much more budget friendly than prices we were quoted from two other popular mattress retail stores. The only good thing is to try the mattresses and that is it. Otherwise run from the store. Purchase the mattress directly from the manufacturer don't waste your time with them. I didn't receive a tracking number, so I called Sleep Loft to find out why. I find out my order was never put thru by the sales rep. I asked them to expedite the order due to the screw up and they were no help whatsoever kept on saying they were waiting for support to get back to them. I called the manufacturer and they said since I purchased the mattress thru a third party they could not help and had to contact Sleep Loft get the situation resolved. read more
