You basic Homegoods. This was organized decently. I can't comment in service because I didn't need it. But nobody was in proximity of me. I would have had to go and look. The selection was good. I landed a modern clay based vase. The vase was $30, so it was definitely a good value. read more

This HomeGoods is (fairly) newly renovated. I didn't see much of a difference from its previous set up but it does have more of the modern marketing and signage. I've always liked the Woodbridge HomeGoods and it is definitely my favorite that I've been to so far. There is a good selection in each category at great prices. I am so happy it is just a HomeGoods, I really hate the stores that are fused into a Marshall's or TJ Maxx, they usually lack selection and neatness. This past visit I came on a Wednesday night one week before Christmas. Despite it being 930pm the store was in good shape and there was a pretty big selection everywhere we looked, including Christmas themed gifts and decor. 5/5 read more

I have left awful reviews on this HG store in Woodbridge the last year, I had 2 very unpleasant encounters so much so that the last one I sent up to the headquarters. I also like to be fair because those reviews were warranted. In the last 2 months I have to say that HG in Woodbridge has stepped it up. I have had pleasant experiences. HG will always be chaotic any of them, but there was an order to the chaotic, I asked a question and the sales person sent me to the proper person to get it answered, checking out was please, cashiers were attentive, and polite, waiting in line was never an issue especially now with the holidays, 1of my issues was waiting in line while the cashiers were on their cell phones and gossiping. So I have to so far I see good things from HG, only reason I gave it a 3 was because I really hope it continues. Again no one is perfect, at times sales people/cashiers maybe a little short, or un attentive. But you work to correct it, not continue the bad habit and I feel like you guys are doing a pretty good job in correcting what made you questionable. I would recommend a visit to HG Woodbridge! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HomeGoods, and as you know, all chains are not created equal. This specific store not only has great items that you may not find at other locations. From furniture pieces to rugs to another hidden treasure for the home, I'm sure you won't leave disappointed. And, I can't believe I almost failed to mention that (from the time of its grand opening in November 2018) the staff who work there are pleasant and always willing to assist. I hope this doesn't change, as it's one of the reasons I keep coming back to spend more money. read more

BEWARE BIG PURCHASES!!! customer service is abysmal. we bought a couch for 1300$. we returned it because it didnt fit the space and we found a better one in store. after waiting multiple days for Corporate to send a copy of the receipt from our TJX rewards card we brought the couch in. when we arrived we encountered a disgruntled manager named Tara Rich. she seemed to be having a bad day and was more concerned with getting us out of her way than helping us. she proceeded to humiliate me and my friend who helped me move the couch about how filthy the couch was. referring to the couple of hairs and a gift card that was on it. By the way, the couch was in better condition than a lot of the merchandise showcased in the store. she then told us we could return when the couch was clean so the store manager Jeff Cape could see it. when we returned with evidence of the good state of the couch Jeff stated he would not be accepting the couch based on Tara's original statement. we basically wasted an entire day listening to a vindictive woman's lies. she has no place as a point of contact in the customer service chain let alone as a manager. she is a liar. I have spent over 5k in this store and my girlfriend has been a faithful shopper for much longer. i would not make any big purchases in this store. they will leave out to dry. Matt is a good manager but these two are rotten and unreasonable people who gang up on customers. stay away! UPDATE: After going to another home goods the item was returned and a store credit was provided. Further showing this entire experience was unnecessary and a personal affront by the managers on duty that day. read more

I want to furnish all my decor from this place! I love HomeGoods but must admit that this particular location lacks the good stuff. I guess not all HomeGoods are created equal? The location is small and is a bit unorganized. I've been here about 5 times already on different days of course to see if they have received any new shipment of goods and each time I'm so disappointed. I walked out empty-handed which is very rare for me. There is plenty of parking and the place isn't busy the times I've been here but then again it's probably because this location doesn't have much items as other locations. The best location I've been to is in secaucus, nj and that place is always so busy (gee, I wonder why lol). I'm feeling generous here and rounding it up to three stars. read more

I have reduced a star because the store has become very lax in their protocols toward protecting the public. No longer wiping down carts, no one monitors the line at check out and they do not wipe down the counter after each customer. Very disappointing to see them abandon this so quickly. I am a regular and faithful shopper for YEARS I have also mentioned this in every survey I do but no one had ever commented back. read more

This place is great if you're looking for gifts for your loved ones during the holidays. This particular home goods is very organized and clean, they also have sales associates walking around ready to assist you and they're very friendly. The gorgeousness of the items they sell have me constantly wailing "why doesn't homegoods sell online?!" I scored the most funky silver metal side tables for my bedroom for like $40 and super soft bath mats and I would have bought more but my budget wouldn't allow me. Homegoods is a great store for getting all the odds and ends for your new home (or to add on to your existing home!) that you never got around to purchasing. It has every odd and end you might need for your kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom - really any room in the house. It also has a little gourmet food section and a pet section. I buy candles here because they always have candles on clearance and I'm a little addicted. Also, Homegoods is part of TJ Maxx & Marshalls, so if you have a giftcard for either of those places - you can use it at Homegoods, too. read more

Just recently moved in with my boyfriend. Had plans to get some furniture and decided to check out homegoods. The furniture selection is unique and good quality. Much nicer than other furniture shops that have cookie cutter styles. Original and at a discounted price. Store was neat and the service was great. This location reopened November 2018 and was filled to brim with inventory and neat and orderly. Now, some two months later the inventory is low, the store is a mess (shelves are empty and messy, half eaten boxes of chocolates on shelves, broken objects, et cetera) and forget about displays. The bath area is the worst!!! And hardly any Valentine items and forget about Easter. AND one manager in particular (who is usually there in the evening) is a crab and a half...rude...haughty. read more

I love Homegoods and this location does not disappoint. It's located in a nice, modern shopping complex across from Wegmans and has ample parking available. The aisles are neat, unlike the Staten Island location that is usually a mess. It's easy to spend a lot of time and money here so make sure you're a smart bargain huntress. read more

I think the Staten Island location is better than this one. They do have the same prices, but it is definitely smaller and more cluttered. They didn't have as much of a selection, so I left disappointed. The checkout area is a little more spacious, making checkout easier. Staff seemed friendly, but move just as slow as the other stores. read more
