I have called numerous times about the sofa. Instead of fixing it correctly the FIRST TIME they just cut the metal piece that pierced the other cushion and eventually ripped it. The Customer Service department is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially manager Lauren. She had the nerve to say this is a new issue. If you cut away at the frame which is the problem how do you expect it to be fixed. So the foundation is now damaged and so is my cushion now that it is ripped. If I could have given them a ZERO I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Pay a little more for professional people and quality furniture. I will never shop there again!!!

I came in for a dresser that another Raymour location failed to fulfill (twice). The Iselin store had one on the floor, so I took a chance at trying to buy it. The female manager was not helpful, cold, inflexible, borderline rude, and had zero customer service skills. George saved the day by being kind, helpful, and customer-focused. Within minutes of being shut down by the mean manager, George had sourced me the dresser from the Watchung store location, who were happy to sell me their floor model and had it all wrapped and ready when I arrived (5 stars for Watchung too). It's unfortunate that the Iselin store manager adds a negative tone to the overall experience at the Iselin location. The store should strongly consider a change for overall improvement.

I'm somewhat in the market for a bedroom set and my initial goal was to go to "Ashley Furniture" however I ran across this store first and decided to stop. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman with glasses whom was dealing with other customers first- so I was surprised (and happy) that he went out his way to greet me as this goes a long way. As I went further into the store, I was greeted by another nice gentleman named "Rick". Although he is one of the sales person's there, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot or buy something in the store. This is actually the type of customer service I prefer. As I walked around the store, he would periodically ask me if I had any questions and make sure all concerns were addressed. The one thing that I did not like however, there was an older gentleman with blueish/ grey looking eyes whom when I first walked pass- I thought he was with a group of ladies as he didn't say anything and looked bored. As I was sitting on the furniture and taking pictures, he walked over and asked me if I had questions. When I told him I wasn't looking for help or buying anything- he walked away and acted someone disappointed. When I walked out the store and said "Goodbye"- he smiled but said nothing. It just made it seem like if he couldn't get a sale from me- he wasn't really interested in helping. Overall, pretty decent store and I would more than likely come back and gladly deal with Rick- he was very genuine and whom I would recommend.

We paid for the items on the spot and walked out feeling relieved that this was yet another item we could cross off our list.
