They do have an app that really helps me to find what I'm looking for without driving to multiple locations or asking customer service to check for me is the convenience that's more than amazing. On this visit they did have an item that I've been searching for quite awhile that only they have and had it in stock...thankfully and if it's that important I'd recommend that you do purchase them online for a store pick up which is completely free and does secure the items as well. This Waikele Shopping location is nice as they lots and lots of free parking which is just steps away from their doors though is massive but the staff is very helpful and friendly that has me getting on my way just as fast as I ordered it. Their price was very competitive with the other bids, and Henry, the estimator, impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to do repairs prior to painting. Several small repairs were needed, and they were happy to do it all! Ryan helped me choose paint colors and even put them on my walls so I could see them "live" and make good choices. He continued to manage the job and truly went out of his way to satisfy my requests, even having special moldings made to match the existing ones in my older home! Gavin headed the paint crew. He was in my house every day for 6 days until the job was done. He was amazing! I cannot say enough about Gavin as a person, and his workmanship. He was professional, easy to talk to, kept me up to date, answered questions as they arose, and did a truly excellent job painting. He did everything as he would want it done himself. Sign ups open the 1st Saturday of the month for the next month and are usually full within a couple days. What you get: a free kid sized Home Depot apron (just like the workers wear!), a wooden toy to put together, instructions, a commemorative pin, and a little certificate of completion. They have paint and hammers out to paint and put together the craft. We've been coming for over a year and we absolutely love it! We especially love when they have vehicles like planes, construction vehicles, and emergency vehicles! We also love functional toys like piggy banks and trinket holders! I first contacted the company for an estimate. The owner, Bryson, responded quickly and within a few days, he came in person to give a free estimate. He was thoughtful to suggest ways to keep the cost down. His experience was apparent when he detected seemingly imperceptible differences in the undertones of white paint in different rooms. When I had follow up questions or any question, he was a responsive, timely, and good communicator. I had him repaint 2 bedrooms because the walls had been heavily marked with black streaks. I also had him paint a wall behind a toilet, a strip of wall in a stairwell, and a bright blue powder room which I had him change to white. I also needed him to patch holes caused by a metal rack screwed into a bathroom wall and a chain lock screwed inside a bedroom. He did the job quickly and thoroughly. Everything Bryson painted was beautifully done and looked brand new. You would never have guessed the bright blue powder room he painted white could ever have been anything but white. I will be using this company for all my future painting needs.
