Glad I listened to the sales clerk. I came in after lots of research for an alkyd paint to repaint my dining table from dark gray to pure white. Sales clerk listened to my needs and rang me up for an Emerald urethane paint. He explained that it's what I'd need to go from dark to light. I was dubious but didn't want to argue. Tried it and loved the results. Not sure what would've happened with an alkyd but I will try that next time to compare. So far, the urethane finish has made cleaning easy and is resistant to chips. Completely sold on SW paints now and going forward. read more

This review is for customer service during the COVID-19 outbreak. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices, availability and curbside pickup during such an uncertain time with retailers. Since we are repainting the exterior of our home, we have heard from several references to get good paint that will last - everyone told us to go to Sherwin Williams. We have never painted the exterior of a house before, so it was important to be able to consult with the experts to find the right paint for our needs. The employees at this store were the best - we first dealt with Scott, then Ryan and Marvin. All three were easy to place an order with, very knowledgeable in what paint works for what surface, and Scott even recommended paint for us that was significantly less expensive for our needs, but that would still uphold the quality needed for our job! In addition, the curbside pickup was seamless. Once you place your order on the phone, the paint is ready within 15-20 minutes! When you get there, the employee who answers the phone will take your credit card payment, and then within minutes, they are hand delivering the paint into your trunk - contactless pick up and they wear masks and gloves. I am very impressed with the customer service, paint quality, and knowledge of this retailer. I am definitely a returning customer and don't plan to get paint from anywhere else! read more

Forget going to the big box stores for your painting needs, these guys have you covered here at the sherwin William's store. We had to paint the interior and exterior of our home and required quite a bit of paint. We first started with the big box store and purchased paint. First of all, there simply arent enough paint reps for the customer needs and so there would be times when we would wait and there would only be one paint rep. Not only that, they just arent as knowledgeable as the experts in the sherwin William's store. In short, we spend a ton of money on paint that the big box store messed up and then we went to sherwin William's to get everything corrected. Marvin and ryan are amazing sherwin William's experts and they helped us not only fix the headache paint tragedy we suffered but they also helped us with other projects that we have been planning and working on. We still lost some money because of the big biz store fiasco and the mix ups that their reps caused but in the end we were able to renovate our home and it came out fine. I was looking for a paint store that carried MinsWax cherry 236. They had it, and was open at 7am. The counter person made a few suggestions, and I followed his instructions. This Sherwin-Williams-Williams Paint store Staff is friendly, and very helpful. He noticed my military cap, and open a in-store account, with military discount. He even added at no charge a paint can opener and stir sticks. Easy parking and the store is clean, with well displayed products. I recommend the staff, and this brand of paint store. read more

I have to give the store five stars because of the gentleman that work in this location are really just top-notch. They're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and professional. It would be difficult for me to complete my painting projects without there expertise and guidance. Although they're more expensive than going to Home Depot you get what you pay for and in my opinion it's totally worth it. read more

Worst customer service! I bought paint about a month ago and inquired about bringing back old paint, I was told no problem. I called to find out how much I could bring and was told 5 gallons per customer per day but the bin was full so come back after Wednesday. Came in Thursday morning with 3 gallons and was told their bin was full but since I already had it they would go ahead and take it. I explained that I had 2 more gallons and had called specifically not to waste a trip. The guy was rude and said I dont know who would toldl you because I was here and didn't say that. I dont care who was there or if your bin is full, if you offer to provide a service than honor it. Now I'm driving around with paint cans. I am in the middle of a re-model and will not be using their paint. read more

Went to home depot with a piece of drywall to get matched for touchup and after using it the paint was close but too dark and was noticeable. One star is too many for this location. Customer service is the worst. Every time I go in there are too many guys just sitting around talking to each other and like a fool I always think half of them are customers to finally realize they are all staff all ignoring me. I finally got annoyed enough to ask when a manager was working and surprise surprise the most unhelpful dude there was in fact the manager. Will for sure be going to another location that actually hires people that care. too bad for me as this one is the closest to my new home but honestly I would rather drive to the ends of the earth than give this location anything. I went to this store last Sunday to buy paint for trim and crown moldings in my house. Max is amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know much about paint. Max gives me one on one attention, listens to my needs, and he is also very pleasant and patient with me. We came up with the best paint for my trim and crown moldings, ProClassic in pure white :), great quality paint ever, so easy to put on and gives a very clean look.
