We did and a very helpful gal actually walked us over to the area. That was a first. There were not many shoppers when we stopped by mid-day midweek. That was fine with us as we could browse leisurely. As it turns out, this store just added a health and beauty section. I didn't realize the different stores had different stock. We were told that Boca and Aventura have cosmetics, still, as they've always had them. But meanwhile, I was able to find one product there that I'd had to special order online only from another store. So I was happy. We came here to get another digital bathroom scale like the one we'd purchased before. We were lucky in that they had the same brand (even at the same low price). Another successful buy. We walked around the store --even though we had found what we came for -- checking out all the clearance sections. I guess with the reorganization they are getting rid of some old stuff, certain brands, etc. And I figured it didn't hurt to get in some steps for the day. The store is clean and organized by sections. Some things are pricey and something are very well priced. It varies and it helps to know in advance what the average range is; however, the quality of most items seemed better than your usual discount store. We were in the area to go to the Doris' Market in the same plaza. And should we need something similar, we'd combine trips in the future, as well.

The return.- I couldn't find any place to print the return label in the instructions so I had to call. A very nice and helpful woman named Armida helped me. This review has nothing to do with her just the product. Then I had to pay $15.33 for a label, I was told it was a "label fee". That's almost 17%, yeah. I guess it cost that much to print a label. Now I have to find a box to fit 18 towels into and take it to a UPS store. I'm just hoping that UPS does not charge me a fee. From now on, I'm sticking with Amazon. They don't charge me anything, I don't need a box as I can just take the product and leave it at the designated place. Super simple.

The store is packed with inventory. The husband and wife make a very good team with friendly service. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We explained what we were looking for and she directed us to her husband (I'm assuming) who was able to show us where to find what we were seeking. He even made a couple recommendations and explained why the bits come two to a package (because they break). We didn't select the first item he'd suggested, but it was easy to find an alternative at a less expensive price -- as we didn't need the color/higher quality of the first choice. We paid at the front of the store. The price was quite reasonable and comparable to the bigger stores. And left happy that we came and found what he'd needed.

So, off we went to the store to select some samples for the house. Since this store is just about paints and stains, I felt they had a far superior color selection than other hardware stores. I mean, who knew that you could have 35+ different shades of white. We spent about an hour in the store looking for shades for the house as well as the trim. The staff was super friendly, but not overly opinionated. In the end, they helped us to select the final colors based on the look we were going for. Samples are huge, and run about $5. If you are looking for exterior paint, you may want to buy a quart so you can test it with the correct finish - as samples only come in satin. However, two quarts and a sample size ran us around $35. Thought that was a great deal! They have sales often, so make sure you look up the deals before you decide to shop. Would totally visit Sherwin-Williams again for home projects - easy to shop and super friendly.

Ace Hardware Corporation is an American hardware retailers' cooperative based in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States. It is the world's largest hardware retail cooperative, and the largest non-grocery American retail cooperative. It grew dramatically following World War II, more than tripling its sales between the late 1940s and 1959. After the retirement of longtime president and founder Richard Hesse in 1973, Ace was sold to its retailers, becoming a retailer-owned cooperative. It first reached $1 billion in wholesale sales in 1985 and $5 billion in 2015. As of 2019, it has over 5,200 locations in 60 countries. I gave the color name and color code needed, they mixed it up, I paid and left. When I got home it was not the color I ordered, drove back and they verified that yes they mixed it wrong. They then proceeded to want to ad "shots of black" to it to bring it up to the color. I declined and requested a new bucket to be mixed since I'm using it to match an existing wall and in the future I need future paint purchases to match. They argued with me for about 5 minutes about how this is bad for their business and I should accept the "fixed" paint. Eventually a new can was mixed and I left amazed at how their mistake was tried to be pushed onto me, the customer. Fast forward about a year later. I recently walked into the store about 5-10 minutes before 3pm when I was announced at "I'm closing up now, so you better know what you want?" I was taken back by this as it was early and I had a couple questions to ask before I was going to buy about $500 worth of paint. I proceeded to ask if they had a specific BM in stock which I was told quickly that BM doesn't make it anymore, which I knew was a lie. I was so floored by the attitude of the clerk I walked out and he proceeded to lock the door immediately behind me. I went up to the BM store 10 minutes north in Pompano and low and behold they had the paint that "they don't make anymore," they were incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, and carried my paint out to my car. Save your time and hard earned money and avoid this place. BM should pull their franchise license.
