I originally tried to get our paint at Home Depot to save a few bucks, but it was a disaster. The people at the paint counter were not very knowledgeable about the products and in general they didn't seem happy to help. Everything took 10x as long at Home Depot compared to Sherwin Williams. This branch is a prime example of how to run a paint shop. All around great job. I wouid definitely buy from them again.

They also sell Benjamin Moore paint and will mix small samples as well as gallons while you wait. Oh, and I got a replacement key fob for my car and the expert came out to the parking lot to make sure it was working. There was quite the line when I arrived, with one large and somewhat complicated order and individuals with multiple questions. All good. I had questions too! When a couple came in after me just needing a can of paint, I let them jump ahead, and then had a man check out his order in front of me. It was worth the wait and patience, as the Assistant Manager, Alex, could not have been more helpful. Who knew there were so many colors that are considered off white? Definitely not me, that's for sure. I was planning on dropping off my sample & picking up the paint later, but Sebastian said he will do it on the spot so I don't have to come back. He mixed the paint, I paid him and then he packed it securely in my car. He made sure each of the three gallons had the correct labels on them too. He thought of everything which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this store. They are located in the 3G'S plaza on the North side of Atlantic; between Jog and Military Trail.

There were 4 employees in the store at my time of arrival, I was looking to build a dust containment wall to keep paint fumes and debris in the area where the work was being done. I had to ask repeatedly where the zipper / magnetic door parts were located. Finally I stumbled across them. Then I explained clearly to the tall guy behind the counter that the entrance way was 6 feet and about 9 feet high, would need to cover that with plastic. He pulled out plastic that was 6 feet across and I asked how long was it. He said well you can turn this sideways it's 6 feet. No sh#t. How long is it? Uh. OK so he asks a guy "Mike" behind the paint machine who couldn't be bothered to actually step out and interact. "That'll work" is all we got. I looked back at the tall guy and repeated, "How long is the plastic"? Dumbfounded he finally admitted that he had no clue. We walked back to the display where I was able to determine the length and that it would be more than sufficient. I then asked are you sure this is the type of plastic that's used for a dust wall and will work with this $30 magnetic zipper that I'm purchasing? "Mike is this OK for a zipper wall"? Another "yeah should be fine" is all we heard from behind the paint shaker. You know what, it WASN'T FINE. It was completely the wrong type of plastic for a zipper wall, it was too light and would have tore immediately. If Mike could take 30 seconds and PAY ATTENTION to what I'm asking , it would have been clear to someone who handles this daily that it was NOT the right type of plastic. What is required is far heavier and thicker so that it can take the weight and stress of being opened and closed repeatedly. What is infuriating is that I wasted my time returning back there to return the plastic but I bought the right stuff elsewhere because by the time I had to return, I had already had to complete what I was doing. This place sucks, go to Home Depot not this little place where nobody cares and they charge a premium. Aggravating waste of time.
