Much easier to find a complement, or analog. This is a NO-PRESSURE environment, and they will mix everything to order right on the spot. Need delivery? They can handle that too? Need advise on how long to wait after wet stucco work? They have the answer and the right products to use, so your paint does not peel off after a weekend of hard work. They know their business, they know their products, and most of all, they WANT to help you. No more chasing folks in orange aprons around a football field-sized store. Recently I had my 30-year-old chef knives sharpened by their ReSharp Knife Sharpening Robot...Amazing! They also sell Benjamin Moore paint and will mix small samples as well as gallons while you wait. Oh, and I got a replacement key fob for my car and the expert came out to the parking lot to make sure it was working. True, I'm a Boomer, but life experience has taught me to spot excellence when I see it and Hessler's is EXCELLENT!

There were 4 employees in the store at my time of arrival, I was looking to build a dust containment wall to keep paint fumes and debris in the area where the work was being done. I had to ask repeatedly where the zipper / magnetic door parts were located. Finally I stumbled across them. Then I explained clearly to the tall guy behind the counter that the entrance way was 6 feet and about 9 feet high, would need to cover that with plastic. He pulled out plastic that was 6 feet across and I asked how long was it. He said well you can turn this sideways it's 6 feet. No sh#t. How long is it? Uh. OK so he asks a guy "Mike" behind the paint machine who couldn't be bothered to actually step out and interact. "That'll work" is all we got. I looked back at the tall guy and repeated, "How long is the plastic"? Dumbfounded he finally admitted that he had no clue. We walked back to the display where I was able to determine the length and that it would be more than sufficient. I then asked are you sure this is the type of plastic that's used for a dust wall and will work with this $30 magnetic zipper that I'm purchasing? "Mike is this OK for a zipper wall"? Another "yeah should be fine" is all we heard from behind the paint shaker. You know what, it WASN'T FINE. It was completely the wrong type of plastic for a zipper wall, it was too light and would have tore immediately. If Mike could take 30 seconds and PAY ATTENTION to what I'm asking , it would have been clear to someone who handles this daily that it was NOT the right type of plastic. What is required is far heavier and thicker so that it can take the weight and stress of being opened and closed repeatedly. What is infuriating is that I wasted my time returning back there to return the plastic but I bought the right stuff elsewhere because by the time I had to return, I had already had to complete what I was doing. This place sucks, go to Home Depot not this little place where nobody cares and they charge a premium. Aggravating waste of time.

We must have asked a million questions about different levels of paint quality, finishes, color matching, etc. No matter what we asked, they were always happy to answer and advise us on what was best for our project. I originally tried to get our paint at Home Depot to save a few bucks, but it was a disaster. The people at the paint counter were not very knowledgeable about the products and in general they didn't seem happy to help. Everything took 10x as long at Home Depot compared to Sherwin Williams. This branch is a prime example of how to run a paint shop. All around great job. I wouid definitely buy from them again.

The other stores wanted to sell me a Quart of satin EXTRA white. I didn't want to have to pay a Quart since I only needed to do some testing and I was going to be paying for about 20 Gallons of SATIN Superpaint when it came time for me to paint. Steve at this Sherwin Willliams store on powerline sold me Resilience Satin EXTRA white for the price of a Sample. No other store made that offer to me. We bought a Breville coffee pot from the Sur La Table in West Palm Beach earlier this week and…read moreafter putting it together, it was not functioning. My wife called Breville and they told her it was malfunctioning and to bring it back as the water didn't heat and it didn't drip. We attempted to return it to the Sur La Table in Mizner Park in Boca Raton with the original purchase receipt from West Palm Beach. The manager of the Boca Raton store, Anastasia said that since it was opened and used that she would not be able to issue a credit throughout credit card account, but could exchange it or give us an in store credit. This is contrary to what was printed on the receipt. From other stores, we have made a purchase at one store and returned it to another of their stores. Recently, we purchased something from Tommy Bahama when we were in Sarasota and was able to return it to the Tommy Bahama in the Boca Raton mall. There was no issue as we had the original receipt. Why did we get a hard time returning a defective coffee maker to another Sur La Table? We tried setting up the coffee maker but we never were able to use it as it didn't work. We now have to make another trip to West Palm Beach to return the coffee maker to the Sur La Table that we purchased it from within the 30 day return period. This is a big inconvenience to us. We will be telling our friends and neighbors about this experience at the Boca Raton Sur La Table. We no longer will shop at Sur La Table.
