I absolutely love these ladies.. they have framed 7 pieces for me. Each time we make a production of it. I take them the piece, one or both make a suggestion, I make a suggestion, we discuss the pros and cons then make a selection. Or I make the selection with their highly valued input. Some may say they are on the spendy side, custom framing and matting isn't cheap. It's time intensive, but the job is always done right and in the time frame stated. I got 6 things framed at Future, and I'd never done it before so I was a ball of nerves when I went I , and the ladies realized I was a mess and just made me feel super comfortable about the whole process. I cursed like a drunken sailor, they rolled with it and when I left, I knew my art was in good hands. They made some Recommendations and these ladies know their stuff. I'd been to 3 other framing places and gotten some crazy-ass quotes, and this shop not only beat out the quotes, they checked in with me while they had my art, to let me know that it was doing Allright and seemed happy. The owner lady Ruth is such a sweetheart. She's just so sweet, might give you diabetes. The pricing was fair, the turn around was fine. She helped immensely with the design. Picture came out perfect. They have a really wide assortment of frames and matting to choose from but more importantly the both of them have a great eye for color, texture of frame and what will complement your artwork best. I needed a frame repaired and I thought I needed the glass replaced too. So I brought the artwork over to Future Art and Frame in Deerfield Beach for an estimate. I was met by 2 lovely and friendly women who asked me if I needed help. Their names were Ruthanne and Jodi. I told them my problem with the artwork I just bought and they asked to have a look at it. I was told the glass was fine and all it needed was some substance to be scraped off of it. Ruthanne took out a razor and scraped off what I thought was a crack in the glass and viola! It was like new again. Ruthanne had a look at the frame, got out her handy tools and fixed it in 5 minutes!! Right on the spot!! And the kicker is when I asked her what the bill was she told me no charge!! How's that for great customer relations??? We all went on to make some small talk after that and Jodi told me that she was a painter and her art was displayed for sale in the shop. I was amazed how talented she was. I promised to stop by in the near future and take my time and browse around. I highly recommend this place for framing, frame repairs and buying artwork.
