There was quite the line when I arrived, with one large and somewhat complicated order and individuals with multiple questions. All good. I had questions too! When a couple came in after me just needing a can of paint, I let them jump ahead, and then had a man check out his order in front of me. It was worth the wait and patience, as the Assistant Manager, Alex, could not have been more helpful. I was truly impressed and left the store with everything I needed for my repair project (phase 1 is complete and going great!). Great local paint store, with friendly service with a smile. You walk in and are greeted by the cashier. If you have a question, she'll send you to the "expert" desk in the center of the store. The expert will answer your question, provide suggestions, show you where the item(s) you are looking for are. They know their business, they know their products, and most of all, they WANT to help you. No more chasing folks in orange aprons around a football field-sized store. Recently I had my 30-year-old chef knives sharpened by their ReSharp Knife Sharpening Robot...Amazing! They also sell Benjamin Moore paint and will mix small samples as well as gallons while you wait. Oh, and I got a replacement key fob for my car and the expert came out to the parking lot to make sure it was working. True, I'm a Boomer, but life experience has taught me to spot excellence when I see it and Hessler's is EXCELLENT!

The displays all have brilliant white lights to compare colors, and a nice set of tables to set out color-chips and create the schema of your dreams. There is also a set of booklets to give you color combination ideas to work with. Unlike the Big Depot... which just has color-chips out on display which are the 'trendy' or 'popular'... our good friend Moore has a HUGH collection of colors, all properly organized by hue and intensity. Much easier to find a complement, or analog. This is a NO-PRESSURE environment, and they will mix everything to order right on the spot. Need delivery? They can handle that too? Need advise on how long to wait after wet stucco work? They have the answer and the right products to use, so your paint does not peel off after a weekend of hard work. This is the first and last place to go for paint.

We must have asked a million questions about different levels of paint quality, finishes, color matching, etc. No matter what we asked, they were always happy to answer and advise us on what was best for our project. I originally tried to get our paint at Home Depot to save a few bucks, but it was a disaster. The people at the paint counter were not very knowledgeable about the products and in general they didn't seem happy to help. Everything took 10x as long at Home Depot compared to Sherwin Williams. This branch is a prime example of how to run a paint shop. All around great job. I wouid definitely buy from them again.

Who knew there were so many colors that are considered off white? Definitely not me, that's for sure. I was planning on dropping off my sample & picking up the paint later, but Sebastian said he will do it on the spot so I don't have to come back. He mixed the paint, I paid him and then he packed it securely in my car. He made sure each of the three gallons had the correct labels on them too.
