Yes I was greatly relieved that this friendly local business had the variety of seeds my grandma needed to complete her garden this year! The store owner had answered my grandma's phone call before we arrived, answered her questions and personally helped my grandma find the seeds she needed from the shelf we she arrived. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. This was my first time coming to this business. It doesn't look like much on the outside, and the inside is small and has an older look/layout lacking accessibility features. And sadly I was told soon they will no longer be selling paint as that part of their business is going out.

Really nice people the first time you go in. Spent a good deal of time telling my wife their less…read moreexpensive flooring would be just as good as the high end flooring we had in our old house - WRONG! But, we did not have them install it. There was too much of some of the flooring. My first two phone calls I was told that the low price was due to a special order. Since I was gone when my wife ordered it, I asked her and we looked at the paperwork. The special order was a different part of the flooring. The third day I called and pointed out I couldn't find it in the paperwork, but did find it for some tile in the basement and explained my wife said it was only for the basement. At this point, two friends who were familiar with the business talked with them. Finally, after calling every day that week, they said they would take back the stuff not special ordered and credited me the ~$800 back. In the end, I will happily pay more and not deal with the good prices they offer. If anyone really wants to use them, I would suggest using their installers as well - I didn't and that seemed to be a big part of a couple issues. It was about 50% of the time I got a call back if I had a question or complaint. If I don't hear back in 2 business days I call back. On a positive note, I had a manufacturers defect with portions of my floor. The owner did come over and check it out after an independent inspector found the floor was flawed due to manufacture defect. I got two boxes of flooring and the labor covered. I asked if I could have their installers come do it, since my guy had moved on to other houses. I was told no because they weren't the original installers and if anything went wrong they didn't want to be liable. It was also pointed out parts were not done to their standard. In the end, I have decent floors, but not as nice as our other house - which remember we went in asking about. With what I paid, they look pretty good, especially with the pretty rugs and furniture covering portions of it. I will not use them again. Once the final payment was made and the boxes were in my hands, I was asked to change my review on here for the fifth time. I was also told by the owner he was, "giving me 48 hours" to change it. It took almost a year to get this completely settled. At times they were very nice and helpful. Other times, they were rude. I, personally, will not use them again and I bet they would refuse to have me as a customer. If you know exactly what you want and can do it yourself, go for the deal. Otherwise, pay more money and go somewhere else.

I had already jumped at the chance for their BOGO and purchased 2 more qts which are arriving soon, maybe today, and they are telling me they will not take the return even if I refuse the shipment from the carrier to save shipping fees. Unfortunately I am out $60 in my budget for this now. By the way, I followed their technique with the dry roller after brushing the paint on and it left thousands of tiny bubbles in the paints surface. I had to quickly go over it again with the brush but the brush left a rough surface. I use to be a woodworker and for over 20 years had painted, stained and varnished many types of wood. This paint goes on very thick and it says on the can not to thin it out. My kitchen cabinets are real wood. Dealing with this company and their awful paint has taken the joy out of my project of painting my kitchen cabinets. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across. Stay away from this company.

Do not waste your money on this paint. Lets start with how it goes on. It is not a smooth to the…read moretouch feel. Once it dries, the feel to the touch, is not smooth but rough and sandpaper like. From a distance, visually, it looks good. Visually up close, you can see that it is rough. I was able to accept this. However, lets move on to the next reason what this paint is horrible. Once you have completed your project, make sure whatever it is you painted NEVER gets near water. For cabinets in a wet area, kitchen, bathroom.... or furniture that might get even a droplet of water will get ruined. The droplet of water, eats at the paint. Do a test for yourself. What happens, a droplet of water gets on the painted area, you can see it lift the paint off the object painted, then you wipe the water and along with the water comes the paint. Totally exposing the original object, as if that area was never even painted. This paint is a total scam and WAY TOO much money. You can buy Sherwin Williams paint and get better results than this crap.
