I was in the store about 30 minutes sifting through colors and while I didn't need anyone, an employee never came through to check on the customers there. You may need to consider coming at a non-peak shopping time if you need 1:1 assistance regarding colors or paint types. Kelly, the painter, spent a several days sanding to remove imperfections, meticulously staining, and restoring the door. I picked up an Azalea on sale that flowers 3X per year and has added a welcomed pop of color to one of my backyard beds. In the Spring, the nursery does have one of the largest selection of flowering annual baskets at a decent price so I usually pick up a couple. The staff are fairly knowledgeable. Getting out of their lot can be difficult due to the traffic congestion so leave extra time for your visit.
