A rep named Carlos came right over to assist me. His experience was evident, plus he was genuine in his effort and care in helping me. He was so kind. I first gathered color samples (from a wide selection) to take back home, to be sure they'd work. They did. I returned the next day to buy the paint. Carlos, again, was so helpful, as was Cameron, who helped me pick an angled brush, and a nice young lady behind the counter helped as well. It was like my own team of professionals assisting me - in my purchase of a quart of paint. This level of service was impressive in times when customer service is not as common as it once was. At the register, more good news: there was a sale, so I got 40% off the 'Duration' primer/paint all-in-one Interior paint; a happy surprise and a great value. At home, the coverage was beautiful.
