The store is well stocked and clean... associates are informative and always willing to help. The only consistent problem is my orders are never ready to pick upon arrival. My first order was called in 3 days in advance only to arrive to the store for it to be sitting in a stack of papers and was not yet mixed. 2nd order I called in 20 minutes in advance before arriving to the store. Only to arrive with it sitting in yet another stack of papers and was not yet brought to the front. This order consisted only of base paint and did not need to be mixed. However I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the order to be found and brought up. At this point, I think the best course of action is to call the store a 2nd time to confirm that the order is ready, prior to pick up. Otherwise you can count on wasting additional time upon arrival. read more

We were directed to this location to get touch up paint for our new home since the builder gave us a voucher for a free gallon of paint. The employee was very helpful at the desk because we didn't know if we need flat or semi-gloss paint. He took our paint and went to the back and got it done in less than 5 minutes. They also had caulk, paint brushes, patch up, etc. if you want to make it a one stop shop when you're there for your painting project. I had a very good experience. read more

Today I had the worst experience at a Sherwin Williams located at 7221 US Highway 301 S, Riverview FL. The store close at 4:00 PM, I arriver at 3:40 PM and I had one single order, very simple too. I needed I gallon of Promar200 semigloss white ( no color added). The two guys started laughing, and then said that they don't have it. I was confused and said to them , what do you mean, is this a joke, I have always gotten 1 gallon of promar200 at many Sherwin Williams stores, did you guys just run out? He said , no, we don't have any and we have stopped make the 1 gallon if that paint for years ago. This is ridiculous, I have a pro account and have gotten the 1 gallon many times. No only that but they didn't even offer me a 5 gallon bucket and try to see if another store may have the product, they didn't want to help me at all. This has been the worst customer service I have received at a Sherwin Williams. I will not come back to this store and unless I receive a former apology from Sherwin William and from the store manager at this store, I will take my business somewhere else read more

Super disappointed with Sherwin Williams at Riverview FL store 2444. Went to take advantage of the 30%. We asked the employee about the sale and he told us that the sale was for ALL paints. We picked and paid 5 gallons of the Ovation. When reviewing the ticket and calculating the discounts we noticed that there was zero discount applied to our transaction. We called at the store and spoke to the seller to find out that the Ovation is excluded from the sale because it has an everyday price. What?! The seller responded yes, "sorry for that." We drove back to the store and told the seller about the promotion, about sherwin williams not having an exclusion for "Ovation." We were told that the exclusion is the word "everyday price." Are you guys serious?!? We went online and there is no exclusion for ovation. This is plain false advertisement. You guys need to regroup and have your marketing department fix the advertisement. We asked to speak with the manager at the store Burlin and he said that ovation has the same price every day and no discount is applicable. You guys think that customers are stupid? Again, this is false advertising. Be more specific about your sales. Be more specific about what is not on sale. Have signs at the stores and online that tell customers about the exclusions. Have clear information. And also train your employees on how to deal with customers. One of your employees was upset because we asked for a refund and he was trying to "defend" his coworker from his mistake. We asked him to stop getting into the conversation with the manager because he was not even there. So he was obviously upset by that. When leaving the store he sarcastically told my husband and I "enjoy your Memorial Day." The manager asked him to shut up. Well let me tell you about us. My husband served many years in the military. He retired serving this country and we take seriously and personal comments like this one. While you were relaxing and living "la vida loca" in Florida my husband served many deployments oversee defending our country so you can live free. In 9/11, my husband was deployed protecting and serving our country and others. In Katrina, my husband was deployed and he was assisting others in need. This is what we picked for work but we did it with honor. It cost a lot of sacrifice to our family but we did it with HONOR! Your employee sarcastic comment was very inappropriate. Yes we do respect and honor those who lost their lives protecting their country so we all can live free. Sherwin Williams we were your customers for 15 years. The action of one store throw this to the trash. read more

I have never had any issues with this place and we have been here many times. This is the only paint store I have ever been to besides places like Home Depot or Lowes...so as far as a paint places goes it ranks high on my list. Not only do they sale paint but also everything that you need to get the job done. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They keep your paint information on file so you don't have to remember it if you need to purchase more. I normally go when there is a sale on paint...keep an eye out for 30% off....we buy interior Super Paint which was a part of the deal. read more
