My first order was called in 3 days in advance only to arrive to the store for it to be sitting in a stack of papers and was not yet mixed. 2nd order I called in 20 minutes in advance before arriving to the store. Only to arrive with it sitting in yet another stack of papers and was not yet brought to the front. This order consisted only of base paint and did not need to be mixed. However I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the order to be found and brought up. At this point, I think the best course of action is to call the store a 2nd time to confirm that the order is ready, prior to pick up. Otherwise you can count on wasting additional time upon arrival.

Next time don't listen to these people, just look at the datasheet of the particular paint online. This is the third entire day at home with no AC, door open, giving the needed 3 and 4 coats. The paint dries so slow that I will probably have some rain splashes again. Half day project turned into a total nightmare of 3 full days project... All again to paint a freaking front door.
