Unresponsive customer service--transferred multiple times and left on hold with no communication. Manager refusing to speak with me or even provide their name. Over a month has passed, and I still have not received my microwave or any explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and as a paying customer, I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. I am demanding: A clear update on the status of my order. According to Ace Hardware's own return policy: "We recommend that you make returns of online purchases to an Ace retail store near you that can issue you a refund (less applicable shipping, handling, and other charges)." I like this South Florida Home Depot- it's consistently busy but doesn't feel overwhelming or overstimulating like some store locations. This is a place I come to for most of my plant needs and it's always fun walking around their outdoor area. One of the older men that works there is just a charm. I wish I had gotten his name, but he's a veteran and just happy to be there- you can't help but smile because of him. With all Home Depot's I do wish their prices overall were just a little lower.
