An enormous variety of items, both common and uncommon to the expected hardware. Many kinds of materials, appliances, fixtures, key and glass cut to order, but also BBQ and hot sauces, travel cups/mugs, and plenty of other items. If I don't seek out a Lowe's pro, I often end up with the incorrectly sized part. The good news is that they easily accept returns.... I just don't like having to take multiple trips to get the correct item. My latest experience required me to return the item and go to Home Depot (a bit out of the way) to get the correct item. Lowe's could use more staff members who have broader knowledge. I don't know if it already exists but a button or phone at the end of the aisle that someone could push to alert staff that someone needs assistance would be useful for a customer in a rush.

License plate readers do not belong in public parking lots. This security footage is not protected and is not only viewable to law enforcement and employees of this plaza, but also anyone with access to the internet. I fully support businesses rights to use surveillance but I wholeheartedly believe that there should be consumer protections implemented to ensure the privacy and protection of consumers. There are numerous alternative security systems that could be implemented by Home Depot, yet they have chose to utilize a highly controversial technology with documented vulnerabilities and security breaches. I am a lifetime resident of this area and have supported this location for many years, but until their security systems are not accessible by the public I will no longer be supporting Home Depot.
