I came to Home Depot today to buy a new water heater. The app allowed me to shop prior to entering the store. Once, I arrived I knew where to find my deserved item. Well while walking to it, I happen to come across a nice tool chest with built in power plugs and work benches area on top. It was a wonderful score for $248. Okay, now back to the water heater. I was able to get a nice customer service rep to help me get it through checkout along with my extra find. Then, we loaded it up into the back of the truck. The dangers of having a truck is having the possibility for more room which leads to more unplanned purchases of awesomeness.

It's always fun for me to go to Harbor Freight. There are so many cool items, reasonably priced…read morethat I want to buy everything. This store is no exception. I ran in for what I thought would take only a couple minutes, turned into 45 minutes. I searched online for the item I wanted and got the location. Arrived at the store, searched for a few minutes with no luck. Found the section it was supposed to be, also with no luck. I couldn't find a clerk in the isles so I went up front and waited in line. I told the manager what I was looking for and told him the item isn't where it's shown online. He assured me it was and walked me halfway there. However, it was not there. I searched the area for another couple minutes and went back to the manager who went through the same steps as before. This time I insisted he walk back and pull the item. He walked back and mentioned the item may have been moved recently....DUH. Again, not there. On to the next isle. After 5 minutes of searching he was able to find it, 2 isles over, not labeled. Apart from that the inventory was organized and the store was clean. Despite my issues the manager was nice and did end up being very helpful.

I have been here many times and bought a lot of items. I can say that the quality of most things are pretty good with some exceptions that you would expect from lower grade hand tools. I found the power tools to be quite durable and long lasting. The customer service is pretty good when you compare them to other tool or hardware stores. I have no complaints about this location as it lives up to what people would expect from a hardware or tool store.
