They are busy consider in USF area for pawn shop. I would consider this place if you need somethings use and not cost a lot of money. We were here for a music instruments amps. However they don't have any. The whole store has a lot of large speaker. A lot of use tools a If you have a housing project like lawn care, side pressure wash, power tool. They have them all. The bicycle is a bit old. They even have a use boat for sales. I forgot to ask them do they list sale for the consignment item. Overall, they are the biggest store here. I came in this pawn shop to pawn a 1500 watch fluke meter along with other valuables. The hyper lady with a nasty ,rude attitude behind the counter . I would not go here and would not recommend this place for anything . I'm well dressed and have a decent job . lady made me feel like unwelcome the second I walked in . She doesn't know how to do her job or or talk to folks . Raising her voice while I'm calm . Very nasty stay away . If I could give zero I would . This is the largest Pawnshop I've ever walked into. They have almost everything to offer. 50 cent dvds and they have a whole isle of brand new to you (in the box still) items! Although they are pretty busy most of the time, I've noticed that they do have multiple employees for each of the specific reasons you came in. They have signs set up to direct you to what you normally need. A line for pawns and to your sell things, a line to pick up or make payments and a line to purchase the items they have. I've gone in there when it wasn't quite as busy as it was the night before. Probably one of my favorite shops because if they don't have what I'm looking for, they will call their competitors to find what you are looking for without having to waste your time or gas! read more

hello everyone, my family & i have been doing business with this pawn shop for 10+ years. my grandpa actually watched them grow for years. of course because they were all about saving any penny they could. every necessity we may need for any auto, household, or just any gadgets we always consider this pawn max first. before golung anywhere else. however, today is the last day i will step foot inside their business, because today i went to trade back in a tv that i purchase from them maybe 1.5 year ago for a bigger tv. keep in mind they sold me this tv without the tv stands (tv legs) and it was quoted at decent price. but now im here trying to trade it back in for a bigger tv and they said they policy has changed and i can't trade it in for nothing bigger because they no longer buy tvs without the stands (tv legs). smh. keep in mind the same day of this purchase they also sold me a tv mount with no screws. guys !!! be mindful of what you purchase from them because they can change policies at any giving time and will not accommodate you at allllllllll !!! in no type of way now im here with a tv with no legs that they sold to me & they won't trade back in because they policy has changed . be very careful guys. read more

So rude and nasty and attempts to devalue items. You can bring them a brand new item in the box with receipt worth 1000$ they will offer 75$ and say stupid shit like I can buy it new on eBay for 120$ so we can give you 75. How when stores are actively selling these high ticket items full retail? Then walk in, before I can ask for an amount an employee (jealous I'm assuming always the men) says "oh we don't take that never have" until I'm like gtfoh I just had it here 3 days ago like wtf? Why? They take advantage and charge very high variable percentage rates on small loans on expensive stuff. They are successful because they WILL BUY ANYTHING!! They will be so busy and walk around talking and socializing to each other almost making a statement that they are the least concerned with your time. I have never spent less than 25 minutes here doing ANY business including pickup and purchase. The prices for item for sale are drastically inflated back to suggest used retail so close in fact it makes you feel you wanna save and buy the item new. They sell inoperable items or drastically defective items. If one of them don't like you personally it reflects in the business at hand. They usually will test anything for you. Do not take fire arms, employees often low ball nice items and place high interest on the item so they can buy the item at a heavy discount themselves. One short chubby nerdy white boy that works there said "I never buy retail" and called me dumb for buying retail. Just don't expect them to play fair in any deal. I brought my ipod pros in and was told nope they are fake even tho I had the receipt and then was offered 10$ on another occasion, this when they were brand new. Then watched them give a customer 50$ for crappy ones. Go somewhere else. read more

In all honesty the store is dirty, understaffed regardless if there's 4-5 employees on duty, two are outside smoking cigarettes while there are ten to twelve customers in line waiting patiently to be helped, aside from that over priced inventory that is either damaged, dirty or missing parts, I mean they have tvs and laptops that are a few years old being sold for the full retail price with no wiggle room for negotiations, I mean I could go to Wal-Mart and get the same product twenty to thirty dollars cheaper and with a warranty, I hate to say it but I was greatly disappointed in the over all shopping experience. read more

The worst place ever my grand parents waited about 1 hour on a long line with me and was treated poorly by 2 employees and a manager lady that wasted our time. We had good gold and a laptop that they price was not fare. The people in the pawn shop had a attitude they all seem to joke around talk about there personal business. They low blow you on items. I had a i7 dell with a 1tb hard drive with 16 gigs of ram a 2016 model up to date generations with windows 10 and was offer only $35.00 dollars because the excuse was they have to many laptops. I wanted a $100.00 dollar loan on the laptop and $250 loan on 76 grams of gold 14 K. The offer for the laptop and gold was low only $135.00 for a loan on a laptop that was in perfect condition. I ask the pawn broker about writing up 2 tickets so we can take the items out quicker he said no the printer has issue and it's easy to put everything on one ticket. Never come here again everyone joking around long line very easy for things to go wrong. I go to value pawn I received more than what I was asking for and they print out 2 tickets with no problem and was taken care in 10 minutes top dollars and no long line. Much better.... They need to stop getting there employees to write reviews on the store to boost there reviews .Bad management and customer services. Never come to this street thug location ever again. Lots of people where leaving staff complaining they want to go home bad business. I know they probably buy reviews or will remove this review and have friends or employees write reviews....... On top of this post it's OK for them.... To run business this way. The owner needs to put pressure and have a meeting with his staff on there performance. Stop taking and take care the customers.
