Since I was doing my shopping on a weekend and eight days away from Christmas, the outlets were crazy and parking was a bit of a challenge. It was also rainy, so it was not the most pleasant of a walk to this location. Once inside though, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional gentleman working in the store who kept the somewhat busy store at a positive energy and made us all feel welcome. I came in for a specific item, a tagine, and they had it in stock, available in two colors and as a great surprise, the store had a 30% off sale going on. La Crueset is not an inexpensive option, but the name is associated with quality and deservedly so. In addition to the tagine, I also bought a few tongs (these were 35% off). My items were placed in a nice reusable tote, which was a nice touch. It was probably practical, as well, as their cookware can be a bit heavy. La Crueset is a quality brand with a well deserved reputation. I would recommend this location and their products.

This review is based upon the experience I had at this particular location. I have been purchasing…read moretheir products for a very long time and have never had an issue until this purchase. The sales rep did open the box to check the product for any defects and did find a few but stated they will remove by washing them with a little soap. After taking the product out of the product and following her advice I noticed not only did the spots not come off I found scratches on the interior of the pan as well. At this point I decided to return the item and purchase the updated version of the pan from another retailer since they did not carry the Signature stainless steel collection. The woman who handled the return was not apologetic and in fact made comments suggesting it wouldn't interfere with the functionality of the pan. Considering their self proclaimed propaganda, they are one of the finest so why should I accept this especially considering the price you pay? If this is what occurs during the manufacturing process I can only imagine how the pan will behave once I begin to cook with it. If the price reflected the damage than maybe that would be acceptable but it didn't. I purchased new in the box and expected the condition to be as described. May not have written this review if it wasn't for how the return was handled. I was considering returning to the store the following week because there were a few other items that caught my eye but I will now shop at the Orlando retailer or possibly online but I prefer to support local brick and mortar stores whenever possible so Orlando traffic here I come!

Then when they showed up to install it they tried to put in something different than I had ordered and paid for. I feel totally ripped off and hope you'll learn from my mistake. I had other work done by US Aluminum and they actually did what they promised on time and on budget If you need a kitchen, use US aluminum instead. Don't be fooled. The kitchen designer got the order completely wrong. I ordered this kitchen in the store and…read moretrusted that the sales rep was ordering what I told him my need was. I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
