Original Delivery Date: March 18, 2025 Updated Delivery Date (Without Notification): March 25, 2025 I purchased a microwave from Lowe's on February 25, 2025, with an expected delivery date of March 18, 2025. However, when I checked the Lowe's app a few days later, I noticed that the delivery date had been pushed back to March 25, 2025, without any prior notification. Concerned about this delay, I reached out to Lowe's multiple times for clarification. Finally, an employee named Yosselyn picked up and informed me that her manager instructed her to only provide the corporate phone number instead of assisting me. When I asked for the manager's name (maybe Melissa - Manager on duty), Yosselyn refused to provide it, stating it was per her manager's instructions. This is highly unprofessional, and I find it unacceptable that a store manager would refuse to be held accountable for a customer issue. Complaint Summary: Failure to notify me about my delayed order. Lack of accountability--no one can explain what happened to my order. Unresponsive customer service--transferred multiple times and left on hold with no communication. Manager refusing to speak with me or even provide their name. Over a month has passed, and I still have not received my microwave or any explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and as a paying customer, I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. I am demanding: A clear update on the status of my order. I talked with the head of their plumbing department and all he said was I needed to read the box. I said I did but I wanted to double check with someone who probably knows better than me. He grabbed the facet out of my hands and slammed the box against his face and said you need to read it. By contrast, I went to this ace and was not only greeted by someone in a friendly manner, but they actually walked me through the part of the instillation that I wasn't quite sure how to handle. I was lost in a sea of grey paint chips, looking for something with a touch of blue...but not too much blue. Within minutes I had help from four young men. They were so friendly, and spent 20 minutes voting for their pick and pulling new chips. They were funny, friendly, and still professional. I left with 2 gallons of great paint - perfect color - and Ricky also flagged me down in the parking lot when I left my "wet paint" signs on the counter. Much better, much more personal, competitive prices. *Update* The color dried into a stronger blue, and I went back in today to see if it could be remedied. The store manager, Jackie, was on her way out but she turned around and helped me through the color change and mixing. She went above and beyond, even transferring the new paint into a 5-gallon bucket for me. The paint is now Perfect and for the 2nd day in a row I have had amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

I like this South Florida Home Depot- it's consistently busy but doesn't feel overwhelming or overstimulating like some store locations. This is a place I come to for most of my plant needs and it's always fun walking around their outdoor area. One of the older men that works there is just a charm. I wish I had gotten his name, but he's a veteran and just happy to be there- you can't help but smile because of him. With all Home Depot's I do wish their prices overall were just a little lower. But maybe in hindsight that's not such a bad thing or else I'd go more often and walk out with more items and a lighter bank account. I guess that's just how it goes.
