I dropped it off on 04/06 at 10, staff put it aside until Allie arrived. Allie called me at noon for permission to restring! (Yes, please!) My Ego Edger was ready at 1pm. Allie even showed me how to use the self-winding feature! Only charge was for Edging line. WHERE ELSE DOES THIS HAPPEN? The big box hardware stores would NEVER let you drop off an item, restring it gratis and take the time to TEACH you how to use your product! Allie and the Staff deserve kudos. Today was my full day of chores. Atmosphere - Good size local paint store. Several departments, see pictures. Plenty of parking. Open 6 days a week from 6:30am or 8am to 4pm or 6pm. Service - Kayla was amazing! Patient and gave many good suggestions. Including additional options for painters (we asked), which hopefully we will not need. When we got here, there were many employees working. Price - $100 for a paint consultation to have them come out to your property. Free if you speak to a paint consultant in-house. Since we were here, we went with the free in-house service. Our painter includes the cost of the paint and our painter is NOT inexpensive. Look forward to seeing the end results. She has seen the place, knows my feel for warm colors, and picked a toasty latte tan in about five minutes. Erica says it's a Sherwin-Williams color. I put the decent sized swatch on the wall for a week and liked it. Not wanting to go to the south side of Reno, I Yelped Sherwin-Williams and discovered this one north of the airport and much closer to home. I called to make sure they sell to everyone and weren't just for commercial painters. The girl say yes, they just offer different hours. They open at 6:30 am and close st 5 pm. The store has a giant wall of samples to choose from, as well the other supplies you might need to get the painting done. I handed the guy my sample, we discussed the type and quality of paint I wanted and in about 5 minutes I was out the door with latte for my laundry closet and hallway. Yes I will return. It was convenient. The paint had minimal smell, went on easy and covered well. The price- about the same as Home Depot and Lowe's but with polite individual service.

I have NEVER purchased plumbing supplies in my life. This store is beautifully arranged and easy to find things but the two men that were working were both very helpful. At the big box stores you have to wander around endlessly to find help and don't get me started on the check out lines... After reviewing the receipt, we had to go back and were refunded nearly $26 from a $72 total. Mistakes happen, but we appreciated the refund being processed correctly. However, things got worse when we saw a charge from the store on our credit card dated 11/28--even though neither of us had visited the store that day. We tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone who could explain the charge, but every time we called, the employee who answered said the person who could help wasn't in and to call back the next day. This went on for several days with no progress. Eventually, my husband went into the store, hoping for some answers. Unfortunately, he was again told that no one was available to help. There was no effort to take down our information, no concern shown, no follow-up, and no offer to pass along the issue to a manager. After getting nowhere with the store, we ended up disputing the charge with our bank. We're disappointed by how this was handled. If you shop here, definitely double-check your receipts and monitor your credit card for any unexplained charges. The convenience of a local store only goes so far when the customer service doesn't measure up.
