We called all of the likely and several of the unlikely suspects in search of someone who could supply the goods and services that we required. Finally, we stumbled upon Hatboro Lumber, which is an old-fashioned lumberyard that provides old-fashioned quality service. They will cut wood and laminated products to order (try getting that service at Lowe's or Home Depot) and the fee per cut is surprisingly reasonable. Hatboro also stocks mahogany and other furniture-grade woods. All of the employees are super helpful. Hatboro lumber is a huge asset to the neighborhood and community.

I had them cut down some birch plywood for me, and their cuts were actually square and straight. And the saw blade was evidently sharp -- good clean cuts. I am very pleased. Customer service here is amazing. Sarah, the Operations Manager contacted me based on my review,…read moreand to make up for what happened, she offered me 50% on the next items I purchased. I still needed flooring for another room, so this was definitely a generous offer and very much appreciated. I had another issue yesterday. One of the boxes of flooring I bought was incorrect. The very last box was another brand and another color! Oh no! The contractor didn't find it until working in the last room. The boxes were very long and very heavy, so not easy to go through and check. But after all, the store pulled the order. That item is now discontinued, so I was very worried about how we could finish this room. They located 5 boxes of it at another store about an hour away, but this was way too big for my car. Craig, one of the salespeople, called me and told me he would deliver it TO MY HOUSE within 2 hours!!!! My contractor is installing it now. Thank you so much Craig, Sarah and FLOOR & DECOR! You saved the day!

I must say, I was very impressed by the wide selection of products they have to choose from. It's a very large place with so many selections of tiles for your floors, counter tops, and backsplashes in just about any material and price range you're looking for. As well as hardwood flooring in every shade you can think of. As we walked through the place, at least 4 people asked if we needed any help. I thought that was impressive because it's so hard to find good customer service now adays. When we finally decided we wanted help, we were lucky enough to get Sandon. He was the nicest guy! As he talked, we found out that he was a retired contractor and has been in the business for quite a few years. He helped match up some flooring and counter tops for us with the prices from our measurements. He also gave us valuable advice about different materials to use. We weren't ready to buy just yet, but I would definitely go back to Floor and Decor when we are. They also have free designers that can help you. You need to make an appointment for this. You can also buy a tile or two if you want to take it home to see it in your space and return it for a full refund. I must say i loved the selection and the friendly customer service and would definitely go back when we are ready to buy!

Shed was built excellently and specs were correct. The gentleman that delivered the shed was extremely professional and hardworking, However, the shed was damaged in transit, a roof shingle blew off, it was also damaged while being moved into the yard. There is a large deep scratch across both front doors. The gentleman that delivered the shed documented the damage with photos. It was also written on the delivery receipt. I called Paul, one of the owners, that day and spoke with him about it and was assured it would be taken care of. That never happened. None of this was ever addressed, in fact it was ignored and I have a shed that I paid full price for that has a missing roof shingle and deeply scratched doors. Outside of that, I must say...The shed is built very well and if you don't have any issues you will be happy. My experience though is if there's issues or damage... do not expect any after sale support. It's a shame because if I'm in the market for a shed again this will definitely factor into my purchasing decision. I'm still irritated every time I put my key in the door and see that deep scratch across the bottom of both doors and the missing roof shingle.

I just completed a full kitchen renovation with REICO and I was very impressed throughout the…read moreprocess. Our renovation was a complicated project, as it involved removing load bearing walls, adding support beams to the house's framing, and relocating a significant amount of plumbing and HVAC that services other areas of the house. My positive experiences with REICO was largely due to the people I worked with there. You will have a designer and a contractor assigned to your project. I highly recommend Lisa G. as the designer and Michael McD. as the contractor. They were a solid team that coordinated every step of the project and they have extensive experiences working together. The success of the project was highly dependent on them. Lisa was in charge of helping us design the kitchen and then coordinating the various stages of construction with the contractor. She was very knowledgeable about everything and was helpful in recommending design features. We met with her often to discuss the project and she came out to our house several times to take measurements, meet with our architect, and check in on the progress of the construction. The contractor was a master at his craft. We encountered a few unknown hurdles through the project, which we successfully navigated largely due to his recommendations and expertise. The quality of this contractor's work exceeded our expectations and he was able to complete the project within the promised time frame of 6-8 weeks. We were concerned about dust and he built a temporary wall to contain the dust, which went above and beyond in my opinion. He cleaned up every day and left our house spotless. The contractor completed the kitchen as close to perfection as you can get! REICO came recommended to me by a co-worker who had similar positive experiences with them. In terms of price, they weren't the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive. Their prices were competitive with other quotes we received. We chose them mostly on our comfort level with the people mentioned above, and we were glad we did. We did have a few very minor issues with the cabinets, which were damaged in shipment. They replaced them with no questions asked. Kitchen renovations will be one of the more stressful experiences you can have as a homeowner. All in all, our project wasn't stressful and proceeded as close to perfection as you can get. These positive experiences are what compelled me to write this review. I've attached a few pictures of our kitchen for your review.

We hired Reico (and worked with Cindy) for a full kitchen redesign, and the most important element…read morewe asked for was an island that would seat five people comfortably, with storage on one end. We were extremely clear that the seating needed to be unobstructed--essentially, a counter-height table extension from the cabinets. The final design we approved included an apron, but no measurements were provided to explain how it would impact stool clearance. The rendering even showed five stools at the island, which gave us confidence that it would work as intended. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Because of a poorly designed apron, it is physically impossible to fit standard counter-height stools under the island. The clearance is so low that no stool exists that both fits under the island and allows you to sit and eat comfortably. In other words, the centerpiece of our kitchen--the island seating--is a total failure. It is appalling that a professional kitchen designer would overlook such a basic and critical detail. We assumed we could trust her expertise, but that assumption has left us with an island that cannot function as designed and no reasonable options to fix it without a major renovation. If you are considering working with this company, be warned: do not assume the designer has considered the practical details. Double-check every measurement yourself, because we learned the hard way that they do not.
