I went back again yesterday and had a different sales person but with the same results was very helpful took the time to make sure that I was getting the product that I asked. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.

It's service you don't expect, believe me. They are worth any extra drive you might have to take... I'm usually in and out in a flash; my last visit for a gallon of "Moderate White" paint for the house hallway included a cup of fresh-brewed hazelnut coffee that an associate offered me while I was waiting. Finally, after 30 minutes, another employee came out and started serving the guests that weren't Richard Burgess and I was next in line! "Sorry ma'am, we are out of Charwood. Druid Hills Rd (see review) we came upon a contractor who had a gallon of paint mixed incorrectly (they have manual mixing, not the computerized type) so the color was wrong. I sat there for 10 minutes without the personnel acknowledging my existence even though I was sitting next to one of the contractors. I could understand if you were swamped, but to have only 1 customer and not look over and say, "Sorry, ma'am, I'll be with you shortly," was a bit of a slap in the face after my experience at the other store. I finally left and proceeded to stain my deck the Charwood color with what stain I had. I returned later, after I ran out of stain, and got more only to find out that they don't carry quarts yet (ended up I didn't need a gallon) so I wasted my money and purchased a gallon instead. It's ridiculous that the only thing that withheld my deck staining was the store that sold the stain. If I hadn't spent so long on settling on the color that SW gave me, I would have gone to Home Depot instead. I recommend you do the same.
