I went into Kelly Moore needing expert advise about staining my existing deck. Sadly, they sold me…read morethe wrong product and failed to sell me the product I needed. Then, when I ran slightly short of stain, I had to buy another entire gallon, since they don't sell quarts. Someone from Kelly Moore contacted me wishing to know the details of my experience. They listened carefully, and asked what they could do to make it right. Then they refunded most of my money. My deck looks good, the cost of materials was minimal, thanks to the refund. So I believe Kelly Moore behaved professionally, and did all they could to resolve an unfortunate oversight.

I've visited this oreillys for years, I always get treated fairly and have a great experience for…read morethe most part, except for today 8/26/26 Daniel had a stick up his ass and told me "I'm not fucking with you" when I asked him to look for my account using my correct phone number (he made a typo with one digit when looking up my account) so I could buy the same break pads I bought a year ago. He then proceeded to lie to me saying he could not look up profiles after 5pm, like if computers clock out and stop working after their shift. Nevertheless I walked out without the break pads. I went to the oreillys off matlock and was helped by someone else. Come to find out their computer system works all day without taking a break. The gentleman found my account with no hesitation. Picture proof of purchase attached to this review. I'm being generous giving a 3 stars review and only going that low because this oreilly's has been here for me since my first oil change and I don't want one bad experience to deviate from the good service every other worker here provides.

But at least after I explained that these parts are no good for me the manager helped me out by throwing them away for me, wow, never again will I return to oreilly and I will use this experience in my economics class ... Hay at least I got a lesson from it that I can pass on to all my high school students.... Crazy... Oh well...

I been to Japan and have seen, purchased and used many of these products so I can vouch that they are the real thing. I also understand prices have to reflect import fees, taxes, and fuel costs, so that being said, these prices are a bit high. There are some good deals here but it depends on what you are looking for. The store was big, clean, well organized, and labeled. I did not interact with any of the employees until i was at the checkout and those employees were nice. I went during the week and the store was pretty empty; they have lots of shopping carts available and baskets for your convenience. I also noticed they have tester for many of their products so it gives customers a chance to sample and test their products. There is plenty of parking outside and is very easy to find.
