I'm at a loss. I don't know what y'all did wrong but I had zero issues here. Josue greeted us as we entered and was immediately helpful. We're doing some minor remodeling. Todays visit was to get paint for our storm door. Not only did Josue ask lots of questions but gave good answers and explanations. He recommended paint, how to apply it and a specific brush to use. We got information, paint and a brush and were in and out in less than 5-7 minutes. This is now my go to paint supplier. read more

I placed an online order for pickup, 1 hour later I hadn't received an email that it was ready yet so I decided to go to the store and check on the order. There were 4 employees and 1 other customer present. I was not greeted by anyone and 3 of the employees were busy doing inventory. They guy who appeared to be the manager was shouting and cursing at one of the other employees. I waited about 20 minutes before being helped and when I told them I was here for an online order, the lady helping me says, "oh now I see it!". They hadn't even recognized that my order was placed an hour after it was placed! Once she started it took only about 5 minutes to get my paint. read more

Only giving it 5 stars because of 1 seller. Recently moved into the area and friends assured us Sherwin Williams had the best paint. Went there first time and never got greeted. Luckily the 2nd time we knew what colors to buy and Josue was there to assist us. He did an excellent job! I thought ok, just tell them what paint color and that's it but there is so much more than just the color. He explained all details of each paint (oil, water, gloss, smell, etc). I had wanted to do the doors with cheaper paint from Home Depot but went back because of the great service I would get. Definitely go there if Josue is working! read more

The customer service here is very poor and the return policy is heavily flawed. We purchased paint here not knowing the price of paint. The sales team sold us a expensive product with a return policy on the receipt. When we went to go return the product un used they would not take it back even though it says refundable on the receipt. All in all I would recommend getting your things from Home Depot or Lowe's they have better customer service and products for cheaper. read more

Walked in the store today to buy some paint for the new house I'm closing on at the end of the month. Already had my HGTV Beach colors all picked out and wanted to get some samples for living, bedrooms, kitchen and trim. Upon entering a man who works there opens the door for us as he was loading several 5 gallon buckets of paint into a customers truck. We go to the left to the sample colors and he goes behind the counter. He carried another load to the guys truck and then comes back in. I glanced over at the guy a couple of times and he appeared to be doing nothing. We waited and looked at other colors. We were in the store for about 20 minutes with no other customers in there and the guy never once spoke to us. Never acknowledged our presence other than opening the door when we walked in. Never asked us if we wanted help or even said hello! Never said I'll be with you in a few minutes. We decided that we would get better help at Home Depot and we left. No one seems to care about the customer anymore! I'll go buy Behr paint at Home Depot! read more
