From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! There is a man behind the counter, but he has been talking to another man, whom I took to be a customer, the whole time. He looks over to me, stops, and gives me that look like he is greatly irritated he has to pause his conversation. I am asked if I need help. I ask where the Pittsburgh Paints are. He sort of waves his hand and says no, all the paint lines he has are located in the far corner. I start to mention the website and ask if he knows where in the area I can go. On the day of the job, only 1 guy showed up. Paint job was supposed to take 1 day, it took 3. They used the wrong paint and refused to refund me the cost. The paint they used stank so bad my asthma got triggered. The guy that was painting was rude and obnoxious, never came on time and took 4 hour lunches!! Will never hire them again. Consider yourself warned.
