Lisa Worked with me, was kind and patient she even spent time making sure I was getting the best possible pots for my needs. She even helped me arrange shipping that would best accommodate me being home when they arrived. My pots arrived yesterday and as you can see (on my Makeshift rack for now), they are stunning! It was like Christmas! I make a lot of soups and stews and am really glad I got the 7 quart. I thought it would be too big and heavy and it's not at all. I cannot wait to add more pieces to my collection and will certainly be shopping here. I hope to one day visit in person. I never expected such personal helpful service from an outlet! Thank you so much Lisa FOR ALL YOUR HELP. Greatly appreciated! I highly recommend you stop by this Le Creuset in Wrenthem Ma. And take a look at their vast selection.

At first they looked nice. Although this was approximately 10 years ago, the cabinets began peeling approximately 5 years ago, and paint has been chipping off ever since-on Almost all the the doors and on the back portion As well. I did not contact Dick until recently as my contractor kept insisting that this was no big deal. The more I look at my cabinets the more upset I become. My beautiful kitchen that I spent at least $15,000 on has peeling cabinets with the raw wood exposed! It is evident by looking at them that they are only going to get worse And worse. I have tried touching up the peeling spots for years but they only look worse and the touch up paint doesn't even match and I had it specially made to match the cabinets at a local paint store. The paint Dick provided me with did not match either. I might also mention that the color was supposed to be white dove, which is what the matching crown moldings above them were painted. They are two totally different colors. One is creamy white and the other is off-white. I Finally contacted Dick Munro over a month ago and he assured me he would come and do whatever needed to be done to fix the issue, and even said that I could trust him. Well he never called me back or came to look at them yet. I've called him several times and he says he is too busy but that he will take care of the issue "at some point." I only live in milford and have practically begged him to come over and at least look at them and also sent him pictures. Now I will have to pay someone several thousand dollars to sand all the peeling paint off and repaint my cabinets which I cannot afford. How could these cabinets peel if they were spray painted in his shop?? if you use this company you will not be happy!! I would like to have the cabinets taken down and replaced but I cannot afford it!

After doing some research I found out tha on Friday, April 24, 98 Container stores nationwide began resetting selling floors to prepare for the phased integration of Bed Bath & Beyond products. "This is a reset with purpose," said Jen Pape, Senior Vice President of Stores at The Container Store. "We are actively reshaping our stores to make room for what's next. By streamlining select categories today, we're creating the space and flexibility needed to introduce Bed Bath & Beyond products and deliver a more complete home experience for our customers." That means that many of these stores will sell more than just "container" type products. The store itself looked pretty much the same, with nice wide aisles and clean displays.

Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience at Franklin Bath & Body Works…read more Dear Store Manager, Today, we visited the Bath & Body Works store in Franklin intending to purchase several items, including some Wallflower plug-in fragrances. During checkout, the cashier advised us to return to the sales floor and select additional scents that qualified under a promotion in order to complete our purchase. We followed her instructions and left our selected items at the register while we chose additional products. When we returned to the checkout area, however, the cashier continued assisting other customers rather than completing our transaction. More concerning, she appeared to prioritize two customers who seemed to be personally known to her, despite our having already been in the process of checking out. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect afforded to everyone else in the store. Instead, we left feeling that we were treated as less important than other customers waiting to be served. We are professional minorities who live and work in this community, and we believe all customers deserve equal treatment regardless of background. We took the time to shop in your store and were prepared to make a purchase, but ultimately chose to leave because of how we were treated. We would appreciate your review of this incident and any steps that may be taken to ensure that all customers receive fair, respectful, and consistent service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
