I just love having Rachel and Titian there, they are so helpful. Nice to see coworkers communicate so well and sharing tasks. If one mixes paints the other helps suggest other supplies. When I got home I realized they had mixed the other color mistakenly. I get it. Mistakes happen. I went back the same day, brought another chip and showed the same person that had mixed the original batch what had happened. They acknowledged the error and mixed a new batch but insisted that I had to pay full price for the new quart. Since he wasn't the manager he wasn't authorized to give me "free" paint.

Far less overwhelming than big box stores when you are mid-project and just need a fabulous paint color. The lighting in the store is actually really optimal for choosing paint colors, and there is a table right near the paint samples on which you can fan out your tile or curtains or whatever it is you are trying to match up. Simple, but much appreciated. They will also store your paint and finish information in the computer in case you need to reference it later and can't remember what the heck you chose. Everything revolves around the customer in this place, and you know what? I love it. Check them out next time you are sprucing up your homestead!

This is a great place to go if you want quality paint (Benjamin Moore, Pittsburgh paint, Modern…read moreMasters) and you also would like to get knowledgeable staff to help with your selection. Price: You aren't getting it any cheaper here but most places, especially big box stores, don't carry paint of this quality. Unless you want a quality exterior oil based primer I would buy my primer at a big box store, but buy my paint from here. They also have a great selection of paint brushes, but the same quality can be found at Home Depot/ Lowes so go there for these items. Staff: This is where this place sets itself apart, all the people that work here paint professionally, so they can give you valuable advice on what paint/sheen to choose based off of your given project, they can also convince you that you're capable of cutting in vice taping off all the trim. My wife finally did this and saved a ton of time, not to mention tape, once she got the hang of it. Bottom Line: This is where I go and intend on continuing to go for all my quality paint needs. Check this place out you'll be impressed.

Lucky for us they are building a new one right down the road from us! This particular store was really nice. The staff was helpful and nice. The was going to rate this 4 stars, and I don't know if it's a seasonal thing, but there weren't any baby chicks, no flower seeds or greeting cards. But they did have unique & hilarious live stock Christmas cards and decorations; sadly not a single Hanukkah item. I love the bird feeding section, and I found some really delicious smelling wax for melters. Yes they have all the guy & farming supplies you'd expect. But since that stuff doesn't really interest me, I'm trying to make the case for women to accompany their husbands to these stores. It always surprises me to to see the clothes, interesting how-to and recipe magazines. There are many gift items and food items too. Very convenient, one stop shopping at Tractor Stores!

Not sure what happened, after a week of getting no reply from my msg., I decided to go in person again. Another sales person greeted me, told me that the 1st sales rep. was on vacation. That was strange as you'd think the sales person would have passed on unfinished business to others before vacation? Anyway, I asked the 2nd sales person to write me the quote. Another week gone by, two weeks, three weeks, the second sales rep never sent me a quote either. I finally gave up & bought a used S120 from FB marketplace. The warranty no longer matters at that point, imagine if I need my S120 to be serviced there? I could not even get them motivated to sell me a machine. Having a used S120, I had to watch YouTube & learn to service my own mower, would never want to rely on this place, nor do I want to give em my hard earned money ever again.

But to my surprise I see they also offer flooring, blinds (Hunter Douglas & Grabber brands) and help with installation. I primarily went into the store to get one-on-one help choosing paints for my walls. The gentleman helping me (Rick) asked a lot of questions but it was to help narrow down the immense number of paint colors available. Their paint pallet samples are fully stocked for you to take home. They welcome you back if you are not satisfied with your first, second or THIRD choice of colors. Once again I stress this is a design store, not a big box store. And as a bonus, the store is immaculate, clean and tidy. Thank you
